Came here to use my birthday reward for 10 dollars off and said only way it can be used is if I buy a souvenir soda? That is not at all what the coupon says and employee kept claiming those were the owner's rules. If you want people to come here instead of chipotle or any other fast serve, follow through on a reward and don't try to rip your patrons off. Shame on this location! I want to like baja fresh but will not patronize a place that tries to nickel and dime you even on a Birthday reward. Baja fresh corporate, if you see this, please contact me.

Bad experience here. It was a birthday and I went in for their Birthday Rewards. I was specifically told this location does not honor ANY rewards at all. That is ridiculous. It kind of ruined the first part of my birthday. Not coming back here at all and I am telling my friends and family the same thing.After reading other peoples reviews, Im not that disappointed. People talking of expired food here, unsanitary work conditions, and bugs in this place. Gross.
I've always loved Baja Fresh so I was excited to see this restaurant where I was. I was disappointed that they no longer had a salsa bar which was a key highlight of Baja Fresh. The food was good as always.
