Bonefish Grill

Need more waiters to provide more timely service. Food was fantastic. Nice table decorations. Good energy in room.

The staff was nice. They offer free Bang Bang Shrimp for Veterans Day. I did not think the crusted trout tasted fresh and it was under seasoned. The tomato bisque was good. Service was slow but the staff were friendly.

Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Staff were friendly and the portion size of meals were worth the money.

The third course and desert were slow to arrive. Staff broke 2 beverage glasses, 1 on either side of the table I was sitting at. Then the main course was served luke warm at best. No one cleared any of my beverage glasses during dinner even though they were empty. 1/2 the guests at the table I sat at were served salad minus the squash croutons. This did not bother me but others were upset. It was an hour between the salad course and the main course. The kitchen staff and the wait staff were both pressed to deliver timely. The food was very good. The cocktails were all too sweet. Why not have at least one sour cocktail. ( I believe 1 cocktail had sour blend added but too much sugar countered the sour taste.)

The Wicked Event was great. The staff put in great effort to make the event a success. Really enjoyed it!

Blown away by how good the fish and chips were. Very English. The tempura coated tuna was also very good. Very nice evening at the Grill!

Very quiet night not many people. Was a little disappointed the cocktail I ordered was not available and the second choice was not what I expected.

Table service seemed understaffed. Had to ask several times for water refills, requested starters. Apps and main's brought to the table at the same time. Requests needed to clear plates to make room. No dessert menus mentioned before the bills were presented. Servers were responsive when flagged down and accommodating... just felt they were stretched too thin to provide more timely service.

Every food item was cold. For multiple courses, me and my guest were missing the course and had to hunt down a server to get them, well after others had finished eating

Bonefish, Kingstown, Virginia, events are always outstanding. Great food and alcohol pairing, outstanding customer service, and good value for your money.

Our server was very polite and helpful with making sure my daughter's food allergies were looked after.

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service, and we appreciated the quiet ambiance in which we could easily have a conversation.

Chanell was awesome, and her superb service capped off a fantastic evening. We have always loved Bonefish - all the more now. The ocean grill for 2 was a hit… we’ll have that every time!! All the food was excellent - Salmon was King!
