I enjoy eating at Bonefish. I usually go about 1-2 times a week with a friend. We always ask for Chaz for our server. He pays attention to detail and remembers what we like without asking. The new manager, Mollie, seems very nice and aims to please all customers.

Chris was good. I did however feel as though he was impatient just a bit and not too enthusiastic. Due to it being a busy day, I get but don’t let that show in front of customers. (Be Professional or don’t work in customer service - just saying, applies to everyone) The food and drinks were phenomenal and came out in a timely manner. The other staff and i think the manager who was a asian female provide a warm comfortable environment.

Food was terrible. Dine in has always been great here, but for some reason, when we order take out ( same dishes we order dine in) the food tastes and smells terrible. It happened before with another take out order, but I thought it was a one-off. So I decided to try it again, ?. Sorry guys, it was just bad. $75 down the drain. I ended up eating the bread and the cheesecake, which were great!
