Capitol Snow Shaved Ice

Long time fan of Capitol Snow. They have the best syrups and flavors. Customer service is also top notch. If something goes wrong (which is super rare) Mark will make it right. We drive 40 minutes to an hour to get these delicious snow cones! They also have pup snow cones made with organic chicken broth! They are Toby Toe Beans approved!

Having been to Nola : yes this tastes the same! So happy I found this place !

Last few times I've gone the product has not been good. Flavoring not the problem, but the snow has been way too wet (i.e. not fluffy). Probably best to go earlier in the day.

In the parking lot of a gas station, but don’t let that deter you. This is awesome shave ice!! Really the best!! I loved everything about this - so much that I’ve told at least 20 people they need to go to Capitol Snow? I opted for a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the bottom, and my partner went with marshmallow fluff on top ?

Best shaved ice in this area. Always have good flavors. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely try this place if you like shaved ice. And try it with sweet condensed milk. It gives the shaved ice a rich, creamy texture.

I stumbled across this place at The Wharf, and omg!!! The best texture of ice with the most slapping favor!! I can go on, and on about the flavor I mean my lord! I automatically wanted 5 more after. Will be back, run there don’t walk!

We are *obsessed* with this snow cone stand, and have been loyal customers for 2 years! The ice is ground to be truly soft and fluffy like snow- not chunky at all. The flavors are absolutely dynamite- and made fresh. They put the perfect ratio of syrup to snow. This has become our annual summer spot for cooling off and enjoying some great memories and mind-blowingly delicious snow cones. 10/10!!

I hired Capitol Snow for a private event. They are extremely reasonably priced considering what they offer, provide exceptional customer service, and they arrived on time to the venue. I was so happy to have them and guests at the event also loved them. The shaved ice is light and fluffy with delicious, fresh, and creative flavors.

I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I loved the ice creams, they have a lot of variety, and made from real fruit. They also have condensed milk! Which reminded me of my Colombian raspados ???. I went to the one at the wharf, and although I don't know English. The people were kind and helped me choose, very patient even though we don't know the same language, but with little Spanish they defended themselves. Super recommended for hot afternoons!

Edited: I was able to speak to the manager/owner of this business. I really appreciated being heard due to the bad experience I had. Mark was really apologetic and ensured me that this isn't the norm. He took the time to make it right and his treatment of customers goes above and beyond. Planning on bringing the whole family here and giving their products a try finally.Unfortunately can't comment on the product because I never got the opportunity to try it. After the interaction I had with one of the guys setting up I just chose to leave.Their Instagram says they're open from 3-8 on weekdays. Showed up 8/8 at 3 and wasn't open until 40 minutes later. Which fine, willing to wait. However, young man was rude in ushering us out from area in front of the cart. We weren't planning on staying there or blocking or putting up any fight, just waiting for the business to open in order to make a purchase. It could've been handled differently or said in a different way without the attitude from him. I work in customer service myself and can tell the difference, it's a shame.
