Firehouse Subs Kingstowne

Ordered two subs online to pickup in store. Arrived about a minute early. One of the employees behind the counter asked the other if they had made the meatball sub. That was obviously one of the two subs I ordered. The response was no. So, didn't get my order on time as they hadn't even started making one by the time I arrived. Employees need better communication.

I had an excellent experience at this Firehouse Subs in Kingstown. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. The food was extremely fresh and prepared perfectly, which really made the meal enjoyable. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained, showing great attention to detail. It’s clear the staff takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and service.

The customer service at this Firehouse location is exceptional. I was greeted at the door by one of the team members and asked if I was picking up.

It took a little longer than expected to get my order but they made everything perfectly!

This Firehouse Subs is located in the Kingstowne Center so there is plenty of free parking spots in the various parking lots around the center.

This location does a lot of catering orders and does a fair to middling job servicing their online and in-store customers.

The staff was very professional, polite, and expedited our service. The restaurant was clean and the food was amazing!

I like this place, the bread is great. I did a mobile order and had a lengthy wait at the restaurant to pick up, but they apologized and had 6 people on the line so I just hit a rush. The sandwich was great and the place was clean and well done. I like the idea and concept of it all as well .

The FULLY compostable packaging was an unexpected and pleasant surprise! I can get a salad anywhere but not that type of environmentally friendly packaging. The salad was beautifully made. The cashier was wonderful as well. Open until midnight in Springfield is very rare, but very welcome.

Great subs make for a great meal

Ive been coming here for 10 years. The service will always vary. There is a black lady, doesnt look friendly BUT she is. i can tell shes a hard worker and shes the only staff that will greet me upon walking in. The men on staff are very rushed to get your order in, no smile, very short. One man did not want to honor their promotion, free cookie with purchase of regular sub, i didnt want to argue, i saw the sign outside and thought i was going to get a cookie.
I ended up waiting a longer time than usual to even place my order because the staff was so occupied overwhelmed and rushing to get their catering order done. It seemed the staff did not want to take any ones order while they focused on catering. Its gotten to the point if i see them doing a cater order, i just go to Moby Dick instead to avoid the awkward atmosphere in Firehouse.

Regardless of service, their food always comes out top quality. No missing ingredients, not sloppily made, my sub looks the same almost every time and looks just like the pictures as well. A regular sub will always fill me up.
I like to get either mac n cheese or their potato soup on the side, but the quality/consistency varies. Some days its thicker, some days its water.
I do love that they extended hours until midnight but it seems like the staff hate that..
maybe my issue is with men in general, but ive never had any icks with the lady. Shes awesome
