The food is reliably good, but the service was a little lacking this time. The restaurant was surprisingly less busy than usual for a Saturday night, but the waiter didn't really spend any time with us, and it took a while for someone to pick up our dirty dishes.

We frequent this restaurant as we live in Alexandria and the food is always on point. Carlos was our server and he did an exceptional job. We each had a signature cocktail and we highly recommend the Cherry Blossom Gin concoction. It was sublime.

This was our first visit. We are looking for a new Italian restaurant to replace our local favorite that recently closed down. We had driven past Marzano dozens of times going to the Inova building just up the street, and a slew of very positive online reviews indicated this was a great place for us to try.
