Unprofessional staff
They just hide chit chat inside and never pay attention to customers. Resulting in waste of time and food gets cold inside their kitchen.

The pizza was good for the price. I had a discount and it was about the same price as a frozen pizza, but fresh quality.

What a depressing concept for a “restaurant” - just a dark kitchen with four tables. Food was mostly terrible (a few exceptions, poke was ok) but overall I can’t imagine who wants to eat at a glorified dark kitchen / takeout spot that feels manufactured to maximize profits. If this is the future of dining I’ll be eating at home.

So many amazing options! All we’ve had in our many orders so far have been phenomenal for a take out joint!! Definitely worth a try or twenty!! Great experiences so far!!

I would give zero if I could.
I had quite an ordeal with delivery. Very long story. Got a message my delivery arrived, but it didn't. I immediately tried to contact Wonder customer service. Called number listed and couldn't get through. Offered to hold on, get a call back or they would send a link. First time decided to hold because message said 5 minute wait. After 15 minutes qave up holding and decided to have call back. Note - Remember I did not get my food delivery. Well a half hour later a kind neighbor brought our order over. It was stone cold of course - a steak and a hamburger & fries and order was missing side dish. Mind you the steak & side alone was $50. I was was really frustrated and still had not been able to get through to Customer service. Then decided to try the link. After an hour and a half finally connected with a real person via texting (I think). That's another story. Bottom line - beware when ordering delivery and on top of everything delivery is not free. They charge a handling fee.
As for the food it was stone cold so imagine cold steak and hamburger. Oh, after telling agent what happened she offered to have side dish delivered - it woul take 30 minutes - big deal, right? This isn't my whole story but close. Worst delivery and customer service I have ever experienced!

Solid spot with plenty of food options to try.
We had Streetbird where the chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were great and plentiful, and the wings which were cool, but the onion rings came burnt and unappealing.
The pizza from Detroit Pizza Co was just fine, nothing amazing.
Overall, I would try another restaurant here to see if there’s something better. So far it just seems like they offer a bunch of restaurants that are slightly above average, but not worth checking out time in and time out. Maybe if I find that one restaurant that actually amazes me, I’d change my opinion.

I’ve ordered twice from them. The first time I ordered from Walnut Lane, and although I live two minutes from them, my food was cold when it arrived, so I had to “re-microwave” it. They gave me a three dollar credit for doing a survey afterwards.
The second time, my kids and I ordered, Only because they mailed me a coupon for 50% off my first two orders. Three of us were trying to look through the menus so it took a while to place our order and then they emailed me another coupon saying if I completed my order soon they would give me 20% off. Why would I use that one when I had one for 50% off?
So we finally finished the order, and when I went to use the 50% off coupon, it told me it was not valid! I looked at it and it was valid until well into January, it was December 8 when I placed the order. My son quickly opened an account, placed our order there, and the coupon works just fine.
When I’ve tried to discuss it with people that worked there, they kept mentioning the 20% off coupon, which literally had nothing to do with my story, Other than the fact that they keep pushing coupons down my throat and then don’t let me use them.
My kids ordered nuggets and fries, and I got Thai food. The Thai food was OK, the nuggets and fries were disgusting.
Also, the ambience there is that of a school cafeteria. Very cold and stark. I’d rather eat in a mall courtyard.
Everybody is so excited about this place, but it’s literally microwaved food. You can tell by the taste and the texture, not to mention the temperature of the food. The big waste of money in my opinion.

Franconia spot is legit. Grabbed dinner here last week and quality surprised me. Everyone ordered different stuff and it all came out fresh. Will swing by again soon.

App ordering was smooth and pickup time was spot on. Everything came out hot and tasted way better than expected. Will be back to try more options.
