I came at 10:20pm just to say they only do to go hours.

11/20/24. Stopped in for dinner and it was pretty good. Rikki was our server and she was very attentive. The restaurant had a good vibe to it. It's been a lo g time sense I been to a Applebee's and it has changes a lot sense my last visit. They have a very good menu of quick bites to meals.

I told myself last time I would never come back due to the horrible service but we tried it again today and it was worse. We walked out due to lack of service.

Could not have asked for a better experience. I would go back just for one of the 3 ratings by itself. Waitress was so friendly, very good to our 1 year old, and just good company all around. Had everything we needed when we needed it. The food was at the table in under 15 minutes and cooked with precision. Taste, texture, temperature, everything spot on. Wings were amazing, burger cooked and perfectly put together. These people just seemed to love what they do and that is how it felt for us. The atmosphere was everything one would hope for when sitting down for dinner to dine with family, especially with a baby. Thank you Applebee's offering royal, we would be honored to dine with you again, and would be more than happy to make the hour and 15 minute long commute every time!

Waited 15 minutes after being seated and finally left. Not one waiter/ waitress came to serve us. Plenty walked by. Very disrespectful.

Horrible food. We ordered fish and chips and the prime rib sandwich. The fish was burnt until it was hard, the server acknowledged and offered to have it re-cooked. Out of coke slaw so I had to pay an “up charge” for a small
House salad. The food was not edible. The prime rib sandwich was also extremely over cooked and had so much salt it was inedible. We paid $39 for food that was not eaten. We did drink the tea and I ate the salad. We were offered $5 off. Never again!

Ordered a perfect margaritas shaker only half full. Glass I was given had dried gunk in it. Margarita has horrible. Ordered chicken Alfredo and very little Alfredo sauce. Will not be going back to this Applebee's
