Applebee's Grill + Bar

I just wanna write a review for the server there for Kyle g he did an amazing job with my grandad today and was very on time and had such an amazing attitude and I could say he deserves a raise and more may god bless him for everything

After seeing the commercials for the O-M-Cheeseburger, we stopped in Applebee's in Front Royal on our way thru Saturday. Order was taken immediately and the food came out hot with the cheese bubbling on the side of the plate they use. When we picked the burger up, it was stuck to the plate and the cheese burnt to the bottom of the plate. After pulling part of the bread off the sandwich, we ate it. The sandwich was good and the fries excellent. It was pouring down rain and we still had a long drive to get home so we paid without complaining and left.

I ordered my burger medium rare came out well. The bartender never checked on us to ask us how our food was,In fact, didn't even give us silverware.We had to ask for that. Also had to ask for mustard and ketchup. Again, no one asks us how our food was or if we needed anything. I apologize to my friend for bringing him there. I'm not likely I'll be back.

Steak wonderful !

I ordered takeout online around 10pm and both of the women behind the bar were so so nice to me. At the end of a shift I would expect to not necessarily be greeted with such enthusiasm but those staff members greeted me like it was the start of the day! Also my food came out a little early and was delicious!

To the hottest up front Josie, when someone walks in the door you should greet them, not stare. Your job is to be inviting. And when they say hi, you should say hi back. I wouldn't lead with what's the name? Especially when someone just said hi to you. Super rude, Customer service has gone hill for sure.

We had a new server who was doing her best. However the management was nowhere to be seen. One would think if customers were sitting for 15 min before even being greeted. A manager should step up and assist.

A great quiet place for a meal

Sat down, waited a few minutes until the bartender finally noticed me, offered me a menu. I said that I had a question on the Cajun salmon and he ignored me, went about his business. I waited patently. He had not even asked me what I wanted, etc. When a group of two or three people came in, a few minutes after me, he took off to help them out, completely ignoring me again. I left and went to Mikado Sushi about 100 yards away.

Steak was small and tough

The food was very good! Waitstaff and manager were super friendly. Had a neat vibe with displays honoring their Front Royal location. The Tex-Mex Shrimp salad was outstanding! Plenty of parking, with a great location right off I-66. Accessible and clean restrooms.

Fast friendly service hot food and really cold beer

Very good food and good service!

The service was so slow. We were there for over 2 hours and the restaurant was almost empty. After a long wait we had no silverware and had to chase someone to get some. Food had no seasoning. Will not be back. Overpriced and not good quality.

The place was clean, the waiter was very good and the food was good .
