4 stars just because it isnt entirely vegan, but its such a cozy eclectic spot. The owners were incredibly nice, sitting down to chat with us. We got the hummus W/ bread & olives as well as black bean quesadilla which was delicious.

Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed the Blue Wing Frog. Absolutely unmatched hospitality from the owner Robert, we really enjoyed talking with him! As a gluten free person, the menu was clearly labeled, and Robert was very knowledgeable and took it seriously.
The food was delicious. Pretty much everything on the plate was made from scratch, including the bun and sauces, and you could tell!
We live about two hours away and are planning on returning again to try more on the menu! I could not recommend it enough.

Got the shrimp tacos to go. They gave us all the ingredients unassembled, which is perfect for tacos, keeps the tortilla from getting soggy. The food was phenomenal! As soon as we walked in the gentleman there who served us was kind and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Stopped in on Mother’s Day 2025. Terrible! Service, food, and atmosphere were horrible! Do not recommend. Food was way over spiced and priced. Decor is trash or someone else’s treasure. Iced tea was old and stale. Famous shrimp - nope! Place needs a major renovation and organization.

This restaurant should be featured on the food Network channel. The food is outstanding, and the owners are so welcoming I feel like I'm at home with family and friends. I ordered dinner to go there last Sunday and the experience really made my day and I haven't forgotten about it all week. See you again soon guys

Fantastic! My best friend and two of my kids had dinner here this evening and it was wonderful. The staff are amazing, the food is some of the best I’ve had in my life and the atmosphere was lovely. We will absolutely be returning.
Had an excellent meal while up from Florida visiting my mom. Had the grilled vegetable salad, while my mom and husband had the grilled veggie sandwich and we shared tofu bites. The service was great, all the portions were generous and absolutely delicious! Would go back and would definitely recommend!

Awesome black bean and sweet potato quesadilla! Great house made food, including the ketchup. Limited vegan menu when I visited, but there was a festival in town. Chatted with the gracious owner who explained the extent of the menu on regular days. Sounds like a place worth visiting again.

Food was amazing. Waitress kept demanding my children say please.... he was just asking what kind of soda they served. Food was delicious. But essentially no one checked on us (drinks etc) and I'm unsure why anyone thinks it's appropriate to insult paying customers.
