Was there January 14, 2026 at 8:00pm to order the Steakhouse Whopper combo. The menu was showing $12.09 for the price but the register rings up $13.09. She tells me the register is correct on the price it rings up and the menu is wrong. They will not honor the menu price. So I told them to cancel and left. This has happened before at the Front Royal, Virginia location before. So good luck to anyone else.

wish i could give a zero. they’re very comfortable with watching you call for them in the rain then going back to playing in those bags, just no human decency & give you the wrong drink to shoo you off and roll their eyes and give you attitude for making sure you’re order is correct

Only BK in town, just skip it and go to Spelunkers or any other place that offers a burger minus Mc's, the fast food places in this town aren't worth a damn. They are rude, careless, don't care about anything let alone you spending money at their place, don't waste your time or money here or the other known fast food stops in Front Royal. 0 stars across the board

Quiet little store. Same cashier all of the time. Very friendly. Very clean. I have never seen debris laying about in this store. I enjoy eating here as a quick lunch/dinner. My only complaint is (and it applies everywhere) that prices have gone up and paychecks are not keeping up with inflation so I don't enjoy it as often as I would like. (I hate cooking lol)

Quick breakfast run. Food wasn't hot, barely warm. Not my choice of breakfast, but service was good.
One of the worst locations. They clearly don’t know how to submit product orders properly or they wouldn’t ALWAYS be out of whatever their menus.
They can post a half ass sign about being out of this, that and the other so we intentionally did not order any of the shit they posted they were out of. Waited 20 mins before we were told they had no drinks. THEN we had to wait another 30 mins for “management” to make calls and figure out how to refund us our $35 back. Smfh. Save the time and effort. There’s a Roy Rogers by Walmart. At least your food is fresh and hot and you’ll NEVER be treated like this there js.

I was there today and the manager (Patricia Williams) threw me out because I have a service dog and she demanded “Paperwork” when I told here there was no legal paperwork for a service dog and she couldn’t ask for it if there was, she threw me out and had me trespassed because I would not give her what she demanded.
I have sworn out a Misdemeanor Arrest warrant (Code of VA 3.2-6588) and Federal 28CFR35.155 and § 35.136 Service animals.

It was a very disappointing experience. First, there was some work going on inside, so there were only a few tables left for us to sit. The tables were dirty and we had to clean them so that we could sit comfortably. The service was also slow and not friendly. 🤷🏻♂️

Place was dead... still had to wait close to ten minutes. Hamburgers have shrunk.. about the size of a biscuit. Had the fiery chicken sandwich.. not hot at all. Sauce all over the bun. Bun was about stale. Granddaughter didn't even eat her cheeseburger . Close to $30 for 3 people. Pathetic!

Sometimes they mess your order, if is not your fries it’s going to be your chicken nuggets or something else. It’s not like the food is cheap. And this places always try to get you out of the drive thru as fast as they can and even with the wrong order. Burger King please do better.
