Good luck getting what you ordered. You can be the only one in line and still get the wrong order. Just decided to try this one again and of course my order is wrong. I love BK but this location sucks.

I Got a chicken sandwich today on my lunch break. I used my rewards. The chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and inedible. I don't usually get chicken, my go to is the whopper. This was a big disappointment

Went in for a Bacon Cheesburger. Obviuosly
piority goes to the drive up. One employee got snippy with me. She needs customer srrvice training. Shes new. Ive never seen her before.

Okay so I have to preface this with the fact I do not believe the drive thru employee was at fault. But I ordered an online order at 4:02. I got to the drive thru at 4:10. Knowing the average drive thru run time is 5ish mins I was fine waiting to pick up my food. But I did not get to the drive thru window until 4:25. By this point the employee was honest and said she could not find my order. She had lost my ticket completely. I informed her of what I ordered and she tried her best to meet my need. But I can’t believe the manager or another employee was not helping her. Total run time from ordering to receiving the food was 30mins. This is NOT fast food. And their run time was trash!!! They need more employees and retraining on how to operate their ticket system.

Second visit for lunch in two weeks, last visit there was an alarm going on every 5 minutes and someone took 5 mins to come out in lobby to fix it each time, watched several people in line up and walk out. Fries are terrible both times, burgers served wrong. Everyone at my table was done eating before I got my food, now I'm here secind time in two weeks this place is awful. People walking out again. Drink machine down, dude behind counter putting his finger inside people cups, both bathrooms are "out of order" can't even washy hands before I eat. Place sucks

This is quite an inviting and charming location with sprawling mountain views, soothing ambient and decor (besides a spacious parking area). What makes it even more special is the staff there: Sheila and her team keep it constantly tidy and organized, while trying their best to effectively 'channel' the traffic and cater their customers. The foods there are solid as expected: warm & fresh (burgers and fries), filled-up (fries) and filling; it has a broad selection of soda drinks at the self-service machine. A go-to fast food joint along that strip for sure!

Approached drive through, took 10 minutes for the lady to respond, then took about another 5 minutes putting the order in the machine. Just about pulled out and went to the MCD next door it was taking so long.

Lady who took my order for two drinks was extremely rude I ordered a large pink strawberry lemonade and a large soda and told me three times only put ice like seriously I just paid for a lemonade which mind you is .50 more and I didn’t even act rude towards her I waited patiently I will not be back to this store

I deliver for door dash in front royal and I'll tell ya.. the service is basically non existent..rude employees...i could stand there waiting for a delivery for 15 minutes and they see me standing there but they don't acknowledge me for what it seems like a life time lol and it got old really quick. I'm disappointed in this establishment and their staff. They need to fire most of their employees and rehire new ones and really really look into their personality and backgrounds. Because the ones that they have right now working there sure do have poor attitudes and poor communication skills. Get it together Burger king!
