I have been here a few times and tried most flavors as I felt forced to. I am a vanilla only gal and diabetic and in my 60’s. I don’t have ice cream often and it absolutely infuriates me that the workers have a directive to make people try three flavors before they can have vanilla. I am not a child and I DO NOT appreciate this “rule”. Today I really had my heart set on my weekly treat of a vanilla waffle cone but when I was forced to try three flavors before I could have that it made me so so angry that I took my whole family and walked away. You just lost a $50 trip from my family this time and we will never come to your shop again. Stupid rule and you would be wise to consider not forcing adults to “try three”. So unfortunate for your business.

The toffee chip and cheesecake ice cream was very good and smooth. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and friendly. The store is so cute inside and there’s a little merry go round for kids to sit on. Very reasonably priced ice cream.

I visited C&C Frozen Treats on a warm day visiting Front Royal, VA. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and overall enjoyed it, but one of the ice cream flavours which I had chosen as part of the sundae wasn't very flavourful. I didn't notice too many flavours to choose from, or special flavours at that. The service was good and the ice cream shop is clean but its atmosphere is a little busy with random figures stuck everywhere (maybe this is their theme?) Thank you

My family and I had a magical experience at C&C! The ice cream is delicious and creative, the shop is like a playground, and the staff are wonderfully kind! The owner, William, came and out played with my son on the merry go round and I think he is the closest thing to a real-life Willy Wonka you will ever find! Full of magic, joy, and ice cream! I can’t wait to bring friends here and will have a happy memory forever and ever.
In general, C&C's Frozen Treats is literally amazing! The icecream flavors are so wacky and cute and delicious. But tbh overall... their service is 10/10 top notch. All of their employees are absolutely SO kind. Just went earlier today with my sister and my niece. My sister forgot her credit card, so the guy behind the counter paid for us out of his own pocket. When I tried to pay him back later, he refused to take my money. I don't even know his name, but I am so eternally grateful. This place, in my experiences, clearly only hires the best kind of people and only makes the best kind of ice-cream. Everyone who comes here comes back... we all love it. It's the best place in town.

The BEST way to celebrate a 21st birthday - a totally delicious strawberry mint/mango ice-cream cake eaten with just spoons in one sitting. Such fun! Thank you to our incredible friends at C&Cs!
