I often dread having to use this location for pickup orders. Typically, the staff seem disenchanted and lost, they almost always get my order incorrect, and sometimes have not been able to find it. However, there seems to be new staff and the past couple times I've been in, there is a young man who positively and proactively approaches me asking if I'm here for a pick up order. When I say yes he asks for the name and always verifies my order is correct before handing it over, if somethings missing, no questions asked - he gets its fixed. Great job on your customer service and being the reason I will comeback more! Management should give him a raise for being a huge part of turning this location around! 👏 I'll try to get his name next time and update this post..ive seen him in there around closing time.

Kid with the bleach blonde hair consistently has NO idea what he’s doing. He literally screws up my order every time.

The store was so disgusting, only one person in the store and plenty of employees. Not one fork, napkin, sauce, etc was stocked and every table was filthy as well as the floor.

Very dirty, not a single clean table, kitchen area was covered in dirty pans. They had pans falling on the floor. Out of most meat options. Super unfriendly staff. Wouldn't go here.

I placed and order through the drive through for my family and I. It was almost a $60 meal and they forgot half of the items! They forgot to include the large chips and queso, guacamole on my salad, and salad dressing. The rice was undercooked and they had no agua frescas prepared. I am a local and have had as much patience with this location bc it’s the closest one near me but this is downright ridiculous! Please check your orders here every time and something is almost always guaranteed to be missing. Also the staff were not pleasant.

Also, I don’t know who the manager is but they need to get their team together. It is absolutely ridiculous the level of unprofessionalism and inconsistency coming from this one location.

I would not recommend this Chipotle Mexican Grill. Everything about this place was disgusting. As we approach the service area there was not many choices of me because all the meat looked like it was very old and cold. The service was cold as well... after getting our food we had to walk up to the register to ask for one of the tables to be cleaned because all the tables and the restaurant were covered with rice and messy stuff. The lady decided to wipe our table with a dirty rag which smeared rice guts all over our table. I'm not sure how the bathrooms look because I did not want to go in there. The music was oddly non impressive but I guess it went along with the rest of the atmosphere of the restaurant. I did finish all of my food however it was cold. I would recommend going to one of the surrounding restaurants and avoiding this one, unless of course you want a dirty place to sit and cold food waiting for you.

The boy working the front yesterday 12/13 needs to realize he's working customer service. Act like you care even if you don't. Thanks for slopping my beans on the outside of the container. Made it messy!! I give no star for the food , the chicken was cold and the rice was mush. One star for the cashier, at least she smiled and said thank you.
