The waitress (not one we had but another and she waited for me to leave the table to speak to my partner) kept using inappropriate pet names during our dinner but not with me just my male partner.

The items are great..I wander around just looking at all the. things...The take home bags with the Christian themes are the best....Folks ask me about mine..The price is so good...if I worked there.....my salary would All go to shopping there....we eat there a lot....pot roast. yum...corn muffins. should be larger and fluffy..
We've always had a nice comfortable, relaxing time at the Front Royal, VA location. Our server, Amy, made our visit particularly pleasant. Cheerful, helpful, and patient. We could not have asked for a better server. At check-out there was an issue with our "Pegs" Rewards and the manager was swift to step in and make it right. While we have visited many locations across the country, some better than others, this one has become our favorite!
Will never go back to Cracker Barrel again it's a disgusting miserable place I'd rather eat dog food. And I think the top management should be gone and place by Smart wholesome good food loving AMERICAN Patriots. Are they all can be closed down completely which is maybe what's gonna happen anyway. Horrible food lousy service and terrible management and very expensive

I was not gonna go back to Cracker Barrel after I heard you change your sign. And you’re changing so many of the things that I loved about Cracker Barrel. But when I heard you weren’t changing your sign and I would still get the same great atmosphere. I got up that morning. Went to breakfast at Cracker Barrel.

Walked in to order a few sides to go. They told me a few minutes and took over 20. No apologies or acknowledgment. Terrible customer service. I can understand why the company is sinking.

Place order online and show up to pickup at the time they told me to. 45 mins later it was ready. Should have been given a discount for being so late.
Waitress was great and she knew the story behind the calendar on where to get one. Also, how things are bought for the stores
Everything was GREAT! Nice vibes and atmosphere, food was great, clean establishment and a wide variety of gifts are available. 5 stars 🤩
