Ordered delivery and it took 54 mins after their Quality check to get it to me due to only having 1 driver. Corporate gave me a credit. Good luck trying to get this store to allow you to use it as they said they are a franchise and couldnt authorize it without franchise managers permission. Also the store hardly has any delivery drivers and I can see why. The manager must be horrible to work for. They lost a regular customer over this. Their food is overpriced to begin with and then they have poor delivery service and poor customer service.

I ordered pizza and my location is 3 miles from the store. The pizza was cold and tasted like it sat on the counter for 30 mins before it even got here. By far the WORST pizza I’ve had in a long time. Such a waste of food and money as I could barely choke down half a dry, cold piece before the rest went into the trash. I also got tater tots. Same thing, cold and dry so that went in the trash as well. Don’t bother ordering from Front Royal’s Dominos unless it’s free!!!
One of the cleanest and largest Domino's locations I have visited. They have a spacious and tidy dining area. The pizza was good, and the staff were friendly. They also made a clean cut on the pizza.

I have had so many problems with this place its unreal. To hours on waiting for food to bringing wrong food. but tonight did it in for me. pizza was being delivered and my dogs were out. they obviously barked and I went to the door and let them in then stood at there door watching the driver pull up to my door sit there then drive off. we called and they said they would call the driver and tell them to turn around. after waiting 30 mins we called again and they told us it was against policy to tell him to turn around because of the dogs. I latterly have them on camera and me letting them in and standing there waiting while he pulled up to my door sat for 2 mins and drove off. I will not be dealing with this business from now on. would give zero stars if a option

Sean created such an awesome experience; knowing that somebody cared about the tiny details of my order. I always request square cut (because I'm weird) and a driver accidentally took my pizza instead of the regular cut pizza. Sean offered me to make a new pizza, but I declined because they were about to close and he still gave me a coupon to use on my next visit! Great service 👏 Thank you Sean!
