The People who work here are wonderful and hard-working. Several are obviously well raised and are excellent at being professional and courteous. They get packed in the mornings with orders, so please try and be patient with them, as they have alot of orders and drive thru service.They are very nice people, as well. I go there on my morning walk and am sometimes a grumpy old goat until I get my breakfast sandwich. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast because of the very nice staff. Dunkin Donuts should be proud of this location and give these people raises They do it right.🙂

People shouldn’t be waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes when you have 5 to 6 people working inside. I only had 1 car in front of me. I also just found out they don’t make their donuts fresh at the store and get them shipped in. This is the last time I go here.

I literally just sat in line for 40 minutes exactly waiting for a dozen donuts a drink, and an apple pie. Once you were in the drive-through line, you cannot get out. Y’all need to do better because that is not OK.

My sandwich and donuts were on par for what I've come to expect from Dunkin. But, I should have read the reviews before selecting this location for my mobile order. What usually takes about 5-7 minutes at most other locations took 14 minutes at this one. They had about 5 staff members and with only about 4-5 cars in the drive thru when I showed up to pick up my order inside. I'll drive an extra two minutes off my route next time and still save time. Gotta pick up the pace, guys.

I take my own coffee cup to every Dunkin I go to in order to eliminate the plastics in the paper cups. This location is one that will not accept using your own cup. So if you want to be healthy and avoid plastics, I'd avoid this location

The employees they have now are always so kind and friendly and recently my order has been spot on!
Ordered donuts through the mobile app picked them up brought them home, the French cruller was not edible. called and they excused it with they don’t make the donuts there and they come early in the morning… then stop selling them after a few hours because they get hard and non edible!! This is my first and last order with this specific establishment…I was hungry and now gotta go spend MORE money on EDIBLE food

Servers are always friendly, even when slammed. Typically a great selection of goods. There have been a few times that they've run out of a few things, but that's pretty typical for the later in the day trips.
You can expect to sit in the drive thru for a longer than average time (I'm typically sitting in line for about 15-20 minutes in the before school line).
I did a mobile order recently and some of my food was cold (Hashbrowns and loaded Hashbrowns) from the long drive thru wait. I'm sure they would have fixed it, but I didn't have time to try on the day I had gone. In the past I've ordered bagel bites and the cream cheese in the middle was still ice cold. I've gotten matcha drinks that weren't all the way full.
But, I've also been here on days and it was spot on!
Dining in or counter service isn't much faster than the drive thru at this location, unfortunately. If you love Dunkin, though, it's worth the wait. :)
It all depends on who is on the shift and if they have enough staff to cover every position needed. It seems that many staff members are having to do double the work because they're lacking ample people each shift. I think this is pretty typical now with a lot of fast food type chains.
Stopped here on the way from a vacation, the drink I got was delicious and the munchkins too.

I honestly don't know why but the performance at this location has really gone down. I can appreciate that they get a lot of traffic in the morning during the week, however their response time is a joke. Their local competitors handle the same amount of traffic in half the time or more. It's completely unacceptable that my wait time in the drive thru is an average of 20 minutes or more. I am Dunkin fan, and would go here before any place else. However due to the ridiculous wait times I go less than once a month now. They've definitely lost my business.
