Respectfully it really saddens me that I used to be a big part of Dunkin. I have not ordered here in almost two years to sit in line for 23 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me to bite into my sandwhich which was not fresh and taste like cleaner with black specs all over it. The loaded hashbrowns I asked to be extra cooked were not and only had cheese on one hashbrowns. There was also no napkins to wipe my mouth while driving. I could not help but to complain considering I paid 12.32 for a meal I could not even eat. Please calibrate the coffee machine. May you train your emoloyees according to build too. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 i would. I had to wait over 20 minutes for 1 drink. Ridiculous.

I’ve been here several times now both in store and through the drive thru and the service is just so painfully slow. They don’t seem terribly understaffed and it wasn’t particularly busy, but it felt like they were waiting for the coffee beans to grow or something. The staff is generally friendly and I really want to like this location, but I just don’t have 40 mins to spare on a Saturday morning.

Use to love it here but It’s been months since I was able to go into this location and get a coffee comfortably and leave. Lately the wait times have been crazy and half the time they don’t even have what you want and the coffee doesn’t taste good… the drive thru is always back to the road. the one on commerce ave is great and fast

The drinks are always sickeningly sweet and no same drink ever tastes the same.

Always a good place to grab a quick coffee

It's pretty cheap but expect the quality to be cheap too. Even for the low price it didn't seem worth it. The drive thru lady could barely understand what I was saying and didn't communicate well, and the coffee was bitter in a burnt way. The hash browns were superrrr skimpy and were missing half the toppings.

I want to love this Dunkin — I stop here 3+ times a week and usually just roll with it when my order’s off. But after daily mistakes (wrong cheese, incomplete pumps, missing items), today pushed me over the edge.

My mobile order (2 donuts, 2 wraps, coffee) took 30 minutes. They didn’t have the wraps or the donuts I paid for, still didn’t offer compensation, and my coffee was wrong — again. When I went back, the manager rolled her eyes, got defensive instead of apologizing, and flat-out lied about who made my drink.

I’ve worked retail and run a store solo; I know food service is hard. But there’s a difference between “busy” and “doesn’t care.” Slow down enough to follow the ticket and check subs. Customer service 101: validate, apologize, fix. Instead, I was treated like the problem.

If the unofficial policy is “accept whatever we hand you or go somewhere else,” say that. Otherwise, please train your team and hold leadership accountable — your customers shouldn’t have to beg for basic accuracy and respect.

The product has always been good but their drive thru is painfully slow. Often times, when I pull up to the window, I can see my drink ready on the counter but it takes a minute or two for the person working the window to acknowledge me or hand it to me. Now granted, they're busy and the person standing there looks like their talking an order but someone else behind the counter should be their backup and get the orders or faster. I've sometimes been only the fifth car in line and it takes me 10-15 minutes to get to the window.
