The Hambugers are good, But they have gone down in size. There a lot like the thinkness of a McDonalds, so thin you can read a newspaper throgh it and the cost is ridiculous. Won't be going back.

Called in while getting ready to leave home, cashier asked for my order and promptly ignored what I said then put me on hold. I walked out to my car and drove the 15 minutes to the location, walked into the store ( only 1 customer ahead of me ) and was still on hold waiting for them to take my order. I asked for a manager and showed him my phone still connected and still on hold. The manger never actually apologized, but said repeatedly ( in a conciliatory tone ) I will take care of you. At the register he took my order ( 1 item ) and pressed me that was all I wanted. I then asked if he was going to “take care of my order” and he replied yes. I ordered one more item feeling that was fair. He proceeded to charge me full price for everything! I cancelled the extra item and paid for the single item I tried to call in more than 20 minutes previously. Walked out about 10 minutes later. Terrible customer service.

Given the price, I make it a rare occasion to go there. The hamburgers are excellent. However, I will not be returning to this location because I refuse to tip at a fast food restaurant. Pay your employees what they deserve, especially at those prices.

This five guys was very clean down to the bathroom. For it being somewhat of a rest stop for drivers I was shocked. Service was efficient and pleasant. My food was made perfectly.
