The only thing that is consistent about Houlihan's is its inconsistency.
Sometimes you'll order the same thing as you did last time and it will be weirdly different. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes terrible. Sometimes your food will be tasty, sometimes bland and overcooked.
I wish this place was consistent cause I've had some great meals here. But, I've also had some terrible meals too. Roll the dice, maybe you'll get lucky.
While setting up for an event and putting ballons on the seat Angel accidentally slid a finger in my butt . Service with a smile !

Wow. Now I know why when we drive by this place it is always dead. We were seated right away and had high hopes for the place as the atmosphere was very nice.
However once we ordered our meal and drinks things took a major dive. I ordered the grilled chicken and an ice tea. The waiter never came back to refill our drinks, or to check on how our meal came out. My chicken was cooked and burned to death, thin and dry. I would of said something to the waiter if he ever came by but then again you could tell he just didn't care. My husband ordered a club sandwhich and that came out okay. Some of the pieces of ham were very fatty but we know that can happen depending on the meat. He also never received a refill. When we were brought the check, he asked the waiter if he could have a drink to go, the waiter was clearly irritated and seemed like he didn't want be bothered.
Then a nice couple came in and they were yelled at and told if they wanted to eat they needed to go to the bar side because he was full on the dining side. No, hello how are you or hey guys I'm sorry we are full over here. Just a loud rude commentary about not being able to sit on the dining side.
Needless to say we will not be back.
