A family member recently suggested KFC, and another noted they always forget something. This one is in Front Royal, Virginia. Anyway they of course forgot all our sides except fries and biscuits. Fries were really hard and I swear, the biscuits were do hard they could be dangerous if thrown. And they didn't give us a receipt. And lastly, when I tried to call the place... I get a message saying KFC's mailbox is full. I've never had a worse fast food experience.
Constaltly out of “everything” but open if you’re truly out of everything why are you open? A hour before close as well.
Food was good but they screw up the order in the drive through. Ordered a family meal and paid for an extra side of gravy. Big surprise… the extra side of gravy was not in the order. The gravy is the best part!!!
Awful waited in drive through for 21 minutes exactly before get my 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. Well the fires were extremely salty and my chicken was soggy and drenched in grease to the point of breading just sliding off. Had to throw it away and go elsewhere. Do not eat here
No napkins, the sides all were a wait, the blonde head cook didn't even have gloves on an there was a hair in my food I can't even call because it sends me to a voicemail get it together people!! I will no longer take my business here.
They never get the order right even if you park and go inside.
I don't usually put bad reviews, and I'll update the rating once improvement happens, but I feel like I need to say some things. The past couple times have been okayish with hits and misses every once in awhile until tonight when my family went to pick up in drive thru. I understand that night shift work can be a battle sometimes, I've worked night shift food service as well as a closer, but this was beyond unacceptable this time around. I'm not sure how you forget chicken, and the meal that did have chicken was dry and clearly not fresh at all. The sodas that were given tasted like watery bleach, my brother had to ask for his lemonade twice to get his drink that was already ordered and was also on the receipt, and to put it quite frankly, this makes a stain on what KFC even stands for, which is quality. I'm not sure I or my family will be returning for awhile. It's one thing to do recreational things at home, but if you're doing it on the clock and cannot function, it creates a lot of distrust and also hinders your crew and your ability to get through the rest of your day in this job field efficiently. Especially if you seem like you don't want to deal with customers at all. I love KFC and I gave it the benefit of the doubt at first, but I can't excuse this.
The food was very good but the restaurant was out of several options unfortunately.
They are amazing. I wasn't sure when someone said we should come here, but the staff is awesome. It was so good to have a wholesome experience.
I can't believe this place, the manager was very petulant and dismissive. I went in yesterday, and they didn't have what I wanted to order. I get it...it happens - but the manager was so rude and domineering. I forgot his name but I know it started with a J. - I should have left and not ordered my food, but I was very hungry and I regret spending my hard earned money there. I don't write many reviews, but I felt inclined because of this awful experience. I feel jubilant to know that I never have to go back.

It’s 1/15/25 at 5:33pm and I’m making sure I put the date and time on this review so whoever is in charge can get Fredy out of there. He has zero customer service skills and doesn’t know how to be a manager. Extremely rude.
Absolutely the most disgusting and disgraceful place! No matter when I try to give this place another chance it is always the same ! Ridiculous wait! People are looking like they don’t bathe , store is a mess looks like it’s never cleaned, the manager is a joke and I won’t be back !
Fast service
I am extremely disappointed in the organization of this company. I have never experienced such poor management at any KFC location. I placed an online order at 7:20 pm, I received an email that it would be ready for pick up at 7:41 pm. Of course, by the time we arrived at the restaurant, they hadn’t even started making the order yet. Not only were we waiting there for over 30 minutes, they were also apparently out of french fries. The most popular side and they were out of it hours before they were expected to close. And of course they don’t tell me this until afterwards and the meals I ordered had fries. I spent $60 for what? To be disappointed and hangry. Don’t go here unless you want your time and money wasted.

The lady told me no napkins. The fries 🍟 basket was half full. Too many employees are completely unmanaged. Needs a good manager for sure.
