I have been coming here since they’re open in front Royal. I
used to work right next-door and I still come here whenever I get a chance. Their quality of food has not changed at all. This business is also owned by A minority a woman which always makes me feel better about spending money here.
I am a Peruvian chicken fanatic and I have had this chicken everywhere in Virginia and I can honestly say they have the most tender and delicious chicken.

Amazing food, friendly staff. Stop here and get a 1/4 chicken, fries and some beans. You won't be disappointed. (Peruvian dips as amazing as everywhere)

Best Polleo a la Brasa I have had. Yucca looked perfectly and sauces super. Menu offers lots of variety for different likes. Friendly staff that always makes dining out great.

The restaurant is similar to that of a pizzeria. A number of booths and tables. You order and pay up front and the food is delivered to your table. The chicken was tender and juicy, the fried rice was delicious and the cole slaw was of the shredded variety (my personal preference). Overall, it was a good everyday meal.

We ordered the whole chicken, which comes with 2 sides and 2 cans of soda. The food and service was very good, however, when we got our check, we were charged $5.10 extra for the 2 cans of soda! I pointed this out to the waitress, who said it’s because we didn’t order Coke! This was not mentioned on the menu or by the waitress when we ordered. It just says “2 cans of soda” on the menu. I feel that I should not have been charged the extra $5 for 2 cans. That is false advertising.

It’s our first time dining in a Peruvian restaurant. Las Caverns serves food quite fast. I ordered Arroz Con Mariscos (Rice with shrimp, calamari, scallops, peas, parmesan cheese, salsa criolla) and hubby ordered Steak a lo Pobre (12oz. steak with plantains, rice, fried egg & fries). Everything was delicious except my food was a bit too salty.
This seems to be more like a fast food restaurant with only one person taking care of everything. You have to go to the counter to pay your bill after you are done.
