My family and I, who are African American, have consistently received unfair and biased service. On our initial visit, the greeters at the door were exceedingly rude. I initially attributed this behavior to a bad day; however, every subsequent experience has been identical. The manager and servers display overtly mean behavior and are unfriendly. They make a point to greet all tables of white customers warmly while ignoring us. This has occurred on multiple occasions. If you are African American, it appears that you will not receive good service at this establishment. This is the United States of America, where everyone is to be treated, kind , fair and equal. The service at this restaurant does not display that . They are not inclusive to African Americans, and do not want us in their restaurant. It shows in their behavior. They need to change this , my family and I will never eat here again. The last time we were there, they burnt my husband’s food and that should have never came out to us that way, and I will report them to the NAACP

ALLERGIES STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I told the server that I was allergic to red meat and I ordered a chicken burrito and they brought me a beef burrito covered with sauce and I took a bite of it and then figured out it That it was beef. The server never wrote down that I had an allergy on my order. The restaurant managers reply to me was accidents happen. I have a severe allergy that sends me into shock.

Poor experience last night . We were seated at 5:00 for a party of 6 for a birthday dinner . At 5:45 the manager comes over and opens the blind on the window to get our attention and says we had a reservation for this table at 5:30 . We found it to be very rude and unprofessional on his part to even think a party of 6 could eat and be gone with 30 minutes. We will definitely be finding a new place in town . Will not go back for his rudeness.
