I have probably, eaten hundreds of McDonald’s meals over my lifetime and this has by far been the worst one. It was so bad, it made me compelled to write a review for a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru at 4:50 PM on the way home from work. First, the fries were lukewarm and soggy. They also gave less than the full amount; the fry container wasn’t even full. Second, the burger was a disaster and health hazard. The burger was also lukewarm, which explains the undercooked meat (see pictures). The cheese was also halfway off the patty. That goes beyond even not caring to not even get more than 50% of the cheese slice on the meat.

Staff made 2 sandwiches wrong. Took 20 mins and the manager to get involved and still given cold burgers. 😡😡😡.

The workers running the drive thru lanes are very confused by having 2 lanes. They basically only take orders from the inner lane, we waited at the outer lane, called hello? Several times, were asked to hold, and another cars order was taken in the lane next to us in that time. We left. They don’t need our business if they can’t figure out how to take our order effectively.
