I don't understand why but this location just always struggles. I don't think it's always due to lack of staff. Staff are friendly but often overworked. Often items are missing / forgotten. Often the wait time is unusually long - and this has happened often. The fries are either overcooked or undercooked.
I've been to many different McDonald's, but this one just needs a lot of help. I will change this review once it has improved, but sadly, I don't recommend going here. If you're local, South side does a little better. If you're passing through going north, Berryville is great, fries are always hot. If you're on 66 going east, just do yourself a favor and either go local or keep going...

Employees/managers at McDs are catching on to good customer service. The food was better prepared than most MDs. No sauces oozing out of sandwich onto bun. I enjoyed it.

I love McDonald’s but for some reason at this location the employees struggle to fill the fries up and the drinks. You pay for a large fry and get a medium. The fries are never filled properly and now the drinks are not being filled properly. It’s sad that this is how things are now. All about ripping people off and doing a half ass job……… I’m sure the employees making the food and drinks wouldn’t want their food to be half full

Came by tonight on my way home from work and ordered 2 McChickens. 1 was exactly what I ordered, the other was the abysmal giant chicken nugget nonsense. Severely disappointed to say the least.

The manager of this place named Michelle or something like that is very rude when talking to the customers and also to some of the employees, I think she shouldn't be like that, I had a small problem when ordering a mobile order for a drive thru breakfast during breakfast hours and she simply cancelled my order. When another person in my family asked for a mobile order at the same time to pick up inside the restaurant and they gave it to him without any problem.

Order $5 meal deal and food was not made right. When brought to cashiers attention, was given attitude and asked if I was sure. The hot n spicy is a different color than the regular chicken.

Well stopped here for a quick quarter pounder, it's a shame that it was not cooked all the way, turned right back to get a new one and could hear the cooks argue about it... They chose to have me wait for an unusually long time, turns out they set the replacement in that service tray they use. Instead of getting a fresh hot sandwich, I got one that had started cooling down... At least it was cooked all the way thru..... Definitely won't stop here again.....
