I used to be a regular here and really enjoyed the wings. The bartenders were always attentive and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. However, with the recent menu change, they've introduced a 4% surcharge for paying with a credit card, which feels like a money grab. I offered my feedback and even suggested consulting for them, drawing from my decades of experience in hospitality consulting, to help them find better ways to increase revenue and reduce costs without resorting to extra fees.

Rather than taking the opportunity to learn and improve, they chose to delete my comments and silence my input. This was a missed chance to have a fresh perspective on their business and make strategic improvements. As a result, they’ve lost a loyal customer who used to dine here 1-2 times a week, recommended the place to others, and brought friends and family along. It’s disappointing to see censorship used instead of embracing constructive feedback. Best of luck with the business—unfortunately, in my experience, this approach often doesn’t end well.

The food is awesome. Their "no change" not so much. My dollar off burger turned into 50 cents off. When my bill was 12.50. They kept the change! The server explained that .50 and above, they keep under its in my favor. I find this policy wrong. Where does that extra money go? Is this even legal? They are not the only business doing this. Pointing us into a cashless society. They do have great food! Using a card. Lots change in your pocket eat here.

Enjoyed our first visit. The wait staff was great even though they were shorthanded for such a busy night. We enjoyed the live music. We had dined elsewhere but ordered the shrimp app and fried mozzarella sticks. The shrimp was excellent. The mozzarella was overcooked but still tasty. The drinks made up for this, though. Will definitely try their main courses next time.

This place is just awesome. Food is amazing and our server Katie was fantastic. Wings, tacos, crab dip and the seafood nachos are my personal favorites.

Absolutely the best place in town (Front Royal) for great food, great drinks, wonderful staff and a nice atmosphere. The food seriously is consistently excellent.

My first time here was fantastic !!! I got the black n blue burger and it was perfection. My cousin got the crab dip patty melt thingy and oh my was it awesome. Our server destiny was exceptional, took the time to chat with us and checked on us just enough to make it perfect but not when my mouth was full and the juicy burger love was running down my chin. She was wonderful. The Atmosphere was great, place was clean and spacious. What a great establishment. I'll be back real soon. Glad I'm a local. Now I'm going to be a regular.

Had an awesome time at On Cue today playing in the 9-ball tournament! Big thanks to Mike for running such a smooth event—it was really well put together. The staff were super friendly, and Lauren was especially great, making sure everyone had a good time. Can’t wait to come back for the next one!

Absolutely awesome! Great food, drinks and the band we just saw, The Charlee Allman band was so incredible! I definitely recommend this place to have a great time!

Service is always great and the food is always so good! Best bar and grill in town.
