It's quarter to close. We got two "Bigger Plates." When did Panda Express become Chipotle? Like, the girl intentionally shorted my scoop of orange chicken right in front of me and acted like it didn't happen.
She (Madeline?) got me a nice scoop of orange chicken, but she didn't dump it all in my spot in the container. No no no. She shorted the pour and intentionally faced the back of the spoon towards me as she put it back in the hot tray thinking I wouldn't notice it still had chicken in it. I'm PAYING for a full scoop of each entrée. And don't try to tell me she didn't short me. My third entrée I had to tell her to put in a box so's not to get shorted again. And guess what? It took more than one of her shorted attempts at screwing the customer.
And I also know it wasn't to preserve portions for future customers. The guy dropped more chicken in the deep fryer while we were there.
Well Panda Express was better than I thought. Fast and hot food. I like the fact that you can pick what you want to eat.

Got lunch here to go, very delicious orange chicken and noodles. Friendly staff, easy accessibility, plenty of parking, clean restrooms. Not far off of I-66.
Great Panda! We’re in Winchester and drove to FR just to get Panda again! We’ve been 3 times in the last couple weeks and the food has always been fresh (it was always a 50-50 shot @ the Winchester store). Employees weren’t very friendly, but they’ve also been pretty swamped each time we’ve been. Small complaints about the service, but the food redeemed them.

The food here is always tasty and looks to be made with fresh ingredients. I tend to order online and pick it up. Never had an incorrect order or any problems whatsoever. Their service is prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend, especially if you're in a hurry.
Experienced my first salmonella infection thanks to the teriyaki chicken. It was such an awful experience that I won't be going to any fast food place with chicken.
I was dripping sweat and was basically shutting down. Felt like I was on the brink of death for hours.
Thanks to 3 water bottles and a few hours I was able to endure

Other than rice and noodles, if you opt for veggies and the other non deep fried options, you have a very low carb meal. Great for folks looking for diabetic friendly meals or low carb options.

Tables are not cleaned properly after a customer dines in. Food does not take like it used too. Black pepper Anger steak & honey walnut shrimp do not taste nice; so is the orange chicken.
