Food always takes an obscene amount of time to be ready at this location. Employees do not care about service just talking and moving as slow as possible for each order or only focusing on large orders. The pizza may be good but this location is horrible for time.

I went in to make an order. There was no one at the counter. I waited a whole 5 mins I had to end up calling. And when I told her that I was waiting for someone to take my order. She blamed me and had an attitude on the phone saying she was on the phone with someone else. But when I was in there the whole building was empty!

The staff Were eating toppings off the pizza, not wearing gloves,not washing hands after making a pizza and immediately started making the next one, they had bugs all over the windowseal and floor also near the door, it took around an hour & 30 mins just to make some jalapeno bites and were also eating food off of the grill. 2/10 experience why would I want to come back

Driver delivers our $60 order of pizza and wings to the wrong house. Have no contact from the store. Call the store. Get told that the “young adult” on the phone was the General Manager of this location.
So we call corporate to make sure we have our refund in honest, our PaPa points, and what have you. Here’s the kicker, you look up the GM for the store, there isn’t one. There’s a job posting on Simplyhire created 4 days ago. So who the heck is Maya McBride.
Silver lining, some random person has 4 medium pizzas, boneless wings, cheese bread, and sodas for free. Willing to bet $5 on it, his roommate delivers pizzas for PaPa John’s.

Last night my boyfriend and I went here to pick up our order we placed online. When we got there the young lady(not sure what her name was) said she had not had a chance to start our order and it’ll be another 10-15 minutes! Which was fine! She was so busy and let me mention she was by herself. She was very polite and had our food ready in the time she said! I give her 5 stars ⭐️
Ordered the shaq-a-roni. Had 1 or 2 or pepperoni on slice a joke had to put some bbq sauce on it had no taste. No a roni!

Comparing to the other pizza places in town very low par I have not ordered from here in a very long time and will not be doing so again the pizza was undercooked the crust was flaccid the toppings were not cooked well the cheese was not even melted the crust tasted like cardboard very disappointed

Wrong drinks delivered. Chris claimed to be manager but extremely rude rude... driver left without giving any drinks. Now our $100 order we have nothing to drink and extremely rude Chris told me I was out of luck. We used to order weekly for our staff. Will never order from them again due to unprofessionalism and complete lack of desire to provide product paid for.
