Paid nearly 40 dollars for a pizza and "boneless chicken wings" when it showed up, the chicken was literally crumbs. When I called to talk to the manager, I caught an attitude from the manager who "oversaw" my order. See the attached picture to see what the manager states "how their boneless wings go out." 10 dollars for breeding crumbs. The product they put out is straight robbery. 10 dollars for less than a 6 piece mcnugget meal.

We ordered online with a coupon. When we got there we did have to wait about 5 minutes but the food was fresh and good!! The employees were nice and super helpful.

First time ordering pizza for this location and will be the last. This is the worst pizza I've had. They only got half my order correct and the pizza tasted like garbage. I should have read the reviews before ordering here because this seems like a common trend for this location.

Twice now they have messed my order. I'm not even ordering anything special, I literally pick right off thier menu and click add and some how they messed up the same item on 2 different occasions. First time I tired to call to get it fixed and some Call Center had to transfer me to the local store even though I called the local number. From there the Manager said next time I order the cost of the item would be on them. Guess what, next time we ordered, they had no idea who I was or why I was asking about said credit this brings us to today. I order the same thing as before not even thinking and boom, same issues. Not even wasting time trying to get it fixed.

I gave him a one because there's not a negative star that I can give them I called and placed an order waited 45 minutes called back and they didn't even have my order in the system they said and then the manager said it was going to be another hour at least before she could get it to me what kind of business is that. That is very very poor customer service don't never have to worry about me ordering from again
There is one employee that works there, very fat and homeless looking, really needs to lose some weight. he considers this place fast food with how quickly he eats the pizza. Anyway his name is Tony and he has relations with minors, his gf is still in high school

Dirty. And the GM has no idea how to run a business or treat her employees not to mention that she also doesn’t know how to treat customers. She accuses people of doing things that they haven’t done and honestly she’s going to cause papa johns to get sued. Especially when you accuse someone of stealing then come to find out they never stole. And nothing was made right about it. The delivery drivers drive like they stole the vehicles they’re in and one of them is driving a vehicle with handicap tags but flies through papa johns parking lot almost hitting customers. Nobody is allowed to call off sick, you are expected to come in and work with no mask, no gloves and nobody caring if anyone washes their hands. Called to order food, the person who answered sounded like death. I hung up and ordered elsewhere. Im not letting nobody sick fix my food period. They should be lucky nobody calls the health department on them, because I thought about doing it a couple times.

Had a derpy/dumpy slob neibor take my pizza because it was delivered to the wrong address, the manager handled the situaton like a pro. Good service, decent pizza for the price.

Worked here for a couple months. Was great, workers were cool and all the managers were cool, besides the general manager. Who was the youngest of the three and quite possibly the dumbest in the store. Always had an issue with her about something even if I was doing everything right. Ended being fired after three months because the gm had to cover for me one Sunday when I had gotten pretty sick and was just laying around all day and forget to tell her I wouldn’t make it in till 16 minutes before my shift, so she ended up firing me because she had to cover my shift on her “one day off” even with me having a doctors note for the day I was sick. Customers don’t get treated like customers. Just like any other average Joe or Jamie off the street and it’s terrible, delivery drivers are lazy and do nothing but complain. General Manager doesn’t care if you’re sick or frankly even if you wash your hands. Overall if you wanna eat here or work here it is not the place you’d wanna go. I’d suggest melting pot or anything other than this papa johns.
