Cute little place. People were friendly. Beef burrito was pretty good but I didn't realize it was going to be ground beef and a touch too much sour cream. It was still a nice lunch overall.

I was looking forward to going to Poppy’s Place, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and employees were very welcoming. I enjoyed the Reuben, and an incredibly delicious cookie—key lime. I look forward to going back and trying some of the other dishes.

Delicious sandwiches! We got a Rueben and a hoagie. Both were really good! I really liked their tea too. Staff were very nice. Highly recommend!!!
Poppy's Place is a delightful addition to Front Royal. My husband and I came in for lunch and my husband reports that the Reuben is in the top five of any he has had. I had the grown up grilled cheese and it was very good too. The have deep river chips and they were delish. Ended lunch with a delicious thumbprint cookie from their fresh baked goods and it was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere that lets you relax and enjoy.

We stop by for the first time after keeping an eye on it .. Well, they did an excellent job, from the gentleman at the register VERY friendly and a warm welcoming! Explain the menu. No issues modifying my food since I'm lactose intolerant (really bad) the lady who brought out our food had a big smile!Love the books around to read! And the games! Good job with all of it!One little thing and I might be nitpicking! The bathroom can use some love. It was not filthy... But I could tell could use some love like the rest of the restaurant has. But that it!Everything else was great! We definitely coming back! I have to try that Ruben sandwich ?Dietary restrictions: They were able to do no dairy for some items I asked for

Delicious. The Reuben while not what my husband and myself would consider “traditional” with the slightest difference. it is AMAZING!! The best Reuben either of us has ever had and we love Reubens! The location is wonderful and right next to my favorite bookstore. The service was great. The macaroni salad is sooo goood! The meatball sub was well done, light, and bright instead of a heavy style sub that you would usually receive if you order one pretty much anywhere else. Loved the sweet onion bag of chips. & how can you not be happy when there is the option of raspberry tea? We will be back many times.Kid-friendliness: There are tic tac toe games on the table. Would probably keep a kid busy during their wait. It kept us entertained. :)
