Ordered 3 chicken tenders, clerk asked if I wanted the sides. I said "no, I'm fine without them." He still charged the full price ($7) AND also charged me for an extra honey mustard dressing!
Absolutely the WORST fried chicken I have ever had! The chicken was actually starting to go bad. If I hadn't been on the road I would have turned around to get my money back. Spoiled meat and SUPER GREASY fries. Threw it out when I got home. Even the cats didn't want it.

I love Roy Rogers. We don't have any in Southern VA so am thrilled when in Northern VA and I can have the absolute best roast beef sandwich.

I came in around 6pm on Thursday and one of the workers said we are closed and you have to be this tall to ride to eat here. I was immediately put off and I left as the guy kept yelling how he was joking. At that point I did to care I was so put off I just left and I will never come back at this point.
Ordered my food and could tell the staff was behind on orders. The manager was helping them get back into the flow of things. They took our name and then we waited for about 30 minutes before we got our food. Usually, I would just leave and ask for my money back but bc I understand food service, I didn’t complain and chose to give grace. My first job was Roy Rodger’s so I really wanted my food. It was nostalgic for me. The manager was very kind and he was also patient with his team which stood out to me. They finally called my name and were very appreciative and apologetic about their service and the wait. Everything turned out ok.

I went through Drive through ordered a 3 piece dinner and got a soda. Got all the way back home to eat and the chicken was cold, French fries were cold. I ask for extra ketchup but didn't even get one pack. Tried to call the store person answered, told me.to hold on, I did for about 10 minutes and no one ever came back to the call. I'm so disappointed. What a waste of money

They didn't give me a receipt. I asked for lettuce tomato mayonnaise on my burgers and they didn't even give me that... the bacon on the burgers was just really salty roast beef. Usually not my experience at Roy Rogers but for some reason last night it was really bad

My family and I stopped in for a late lunch at Roy Rogers. Service was fantastic; staff was extremely friendly; the price very reasonable. Staff member even wished me Happy Father’s Day and complimented me on my family. Very impactful.

We used to love stopping at this location when traveling several times a year to visit family. Could not believe how bad the breakfast was this last time. At 8:30 am on Sunday memorial weekend the coffee was old and burnt, what I think was supposed to be chicken on my overly-nuked and thoroughly dry biscuit was a dried out misshapen fried and twisted mystery meat about the size of a roll of nickels. Just weird and nasty tasting. Potatoes were fried in old oil and tasted exactly like that. Hub’s toasted not grilled sourdough sandwich was a little better slightly soggy and nothing we would return for. So extremely disappointed and concerned they would serve food that tasted three days old. We sadly won’t be back.
