Always nice when you can find a course in great shape and the holes aren’t boring. Lots of elevated tee boxes, uphill shots, greens with undulations, etc. The staff are very welcoming and the membership prices are reasonable.
Shadows hosted a celebratory luncheon on their patio for a group of boys and men who had completed a 115 mile hike on the Appalachian Trail. Brian was great to work with to coordinate the menu and to accommodate the needs of our group. He was flexible and letting us modify the menu to better serve our group. Kim was our primary hostess. We had 2 groups of family members play for the first time. Thoroughly enjoyed our round. Course condition and staff were great. I want to thank Colby for all his help in locating my glasses I left. I will definitely play the course my next visit to Northern Virginia.
