Guys this is the best Starbucks I have been too! First of all the drinks taste awesome!!! Second of all we kind came late coming off from the highway towards their closing time and the staff were really nice about it. Instead of being really rude or giving dirty looks the staff had awesome customer service with an bright smile and made the drinks taste really well instead of making them really sloppy or making them watered down like other places would. As well the cashier gave such a good recommendation about a drink and it was awesome. May God bless yall abundantly, love these kind of people. STARBUCKS give them a raise!!!!!!

We walked in around 10:30 to order some beverages and a cake pop for the rest of our trip home. There were 4 cars in the drive thru and we were the only customers at the counter. It took 2-3 min for 1 person out of 4 employees to acknowledge:

1. We were standing there
2. That they would help us

We waited for yet another 2-3 min and watched the 5th employee walk back behind the counter from break/start their shift. They walked right by the counter without even looking in our direction. After that we decided that we'd keep driving and stop somewhere else.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the employees finally looked up and greeted us.

The service was great however I ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso and was in disbelief on how much ICE!! The whole cup was filled to the brim with ice and the actual coffee portion was no more than a couple sips

I accidentally placed a pick up order at the wrong location, and when I stopped in and asked if they could remake the two new coffees at this location, they said sure no problem! Super thankful for the understanding and the great customer service they showed to me today on my birthday. Thanks Starbies! ☕️

This evening, my husband went inside a Starbucks and asked for a Venti Strawberry Lemonade Blended for me (what he ordered for himself was fine)
After we started down the road, I took a sip of my drink: I knew something was wrong! I checked my receipt: it said Venti Strawberry Acai Lemonade (I tried this before, didn't like it, and stayed with the Strawberry Lemonade Blended)
It was too late to hunt down a Starbucks that was still open, or we'd go in and get the order made right.
Then I noticed something I hadn't noticed before: on my Starbucks app, for the last several
purchases, when my husband asked for and brought me Strawberry Lemonade Blended, the app has been recording Strawberry Acai Lemonade (probably why this Starbucks mistakenly gave me the wrong drink and CHARGED me for the wrong drink even though my husband asked for the right one, and until this instance, always brought me the drink I wanted!
I will be contacting Starbucks Corporate office about this in am, esp. since I was charged for something different than what I received ( I have last 2 sales receipts showing this, see below), just in case I was charged more than I was supposed to be, for the drink I received.( I'll be asking Starbucks Corporate to look back in their records, for earlier purchases) . 6

Honestly, I've been to Starbucks less often lately due to the noticeable decline in the quality of their products and the deterioration of their service. It's disheartening to see a company that was once renowned for its exceptional customer experience now seeming to prioritize profits over people.

As a profitable company, I'd expect Starbucks to maintain a certain level of quality and service. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling like they're no longer invested in their customers' satisfaction. The decline in quality and service has been gradual, but it's become increasingly apparent that the company has lost sight of what made it great in the first place.

And I'm not alone in my observations.
