12/1/2024 - Much dirtier and slightly less professional than most Starbucks I've been to. The staff was friendly and their service was fast, but all the tables were crummy and sticky, there were napkins and trash on the floor, and the bathroom was littered with toilet paper everywhere. The soap pump in the bathroom didn't work and someone had put a bottle of soap there which was also gone.

The staff was friendly and well-meaning, but there were long lulls of no customers and instead of cleaning the mess they were talking among themselves behind the counter for long periods of time. It feels like the store manager(s) have very low standards or little training for the staff, and have lost touch a bit with the Starbucks brand.

Ordered two cappuccinos, they were very disappointing. First of all there was hardly any liquid in the cup, the paper cup weighed more than the contents. The cup was all foam and a drop of coffee. When our concern was brought to the attention of the manager he made no attempt to resolve our concerns, instead he pointed to a sign with a phone number to make a complaint. I've never seen a person in a service industry so cold and uninterested in helping a customer. Next time I'll just get a regular cup of coffee, if there will be a next time.

I stop at Starbucks on road trips because they have the cleanest single stall bathrooms and it’s the quickest way to mainline caffeine into my system. Nice, clean bathroom and I had my drink within two minutes of ordering it.

I visited this location at 10am. Both bathrooms were already out of paper products and had urine and trash on the floor. When you pay $8 plus tip for a single coffee that took 2 minutes to make, you should at the very least be able to use a clean restroom.

Was passing through the area, this location is right off the highway. The staff is very jovial and organized. Clean and spacious, average waite time about five minutes.

I always stop here on the way to West Virginia. Great service, nice seating options (tables, comfy chairs, sofas, outdoor tables), standard Starbucks menu. My latte is always nice and foamy.

for almost $10 a drink it should be made right. i’ve NEVER seen anybody put whipped cream up the side of the cup and claim it’s on the bottom. need to train better.

The diverse menu offers something for everyone, from coffee to pastries and snacks. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with items like the buttery croissants and hearty sandwiches standing out. The service is equally impressive, the baristas are friendly, efficient, and often go the extra mile to ensure your order is perfect. I couldn't rate the atmosphere since we did take out. With both food and service, top-notch spot for a delightful and consistent coffeehouse experience. Highly recommended!
