Convenient Starbucks location to grab coffee drinks.

This evening, my husband went inside a Starbucks and asked for a Venti Strawberry Lemonade Blended for me (what he ordered for himself was fine)
After we started down the road, I took a sip of my drink: I knew something was wrong! I checked my receipt: it said Venti Strawberry Acai Lemonade (I tried this before, didn't like it, and stayed with the Strawberry Lemonade Blended)
It was too late to hunt down a Starbucks that was still open, or we'd go in and get the order made right.
Then I noticed something I hadn't noticed before: on my Starbucks app, for the last several
purchases, when my husband asked for and brought me Strawberry Lemonade Blended, the app has been recording Strawberry Acai Lemonade (probably why this Starbucks mistakenly gave me the wrong drink and CHARGED me for the wrong drink even though my husband asked for the right one, and until this instance, always brought me the drink I wanted!
I will be contacting Starbucks Corporate office about this in am, esp. since I was charged for something different than what I received ( I have last 2 sales receipts showing this, see below), just in case I was charged more than I was supposed to be, for the drink I received.( I'll be asking Starbucks Corporate to look back in their records, for earlier purchases) . 6

Honestly, I've been to Starbucks less often lately due to the noticeable decline in the quality of their products and the deterioration of their service. It's disheartening to see a company that was once renowned for its exceptional customer experience now seeming to prioritize profits over people.
As a profitable company, I'd expect Starbucks to maintain a certain level of quality and service. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling like they're no longer invested in their customers' satisfaction. The decline in quality and service has been gradual, but it's become increasingly apparent that the company has lost sight of what made it great in the first place.
And I'm not alone in my observations.

Good coffee joint. Mobile service available. Clean inside. The order was quick. No wait. Highly recommend. Close to shopping
Pretty typical for Starbucks.
Staff seem friendly and the restaurant is fairly large and clean (former bank). We usually use the drive through and order ahead and service has never been excessively slow.

It’s a stand alone building with a drive through as well as inside seating and service.
The staff are friendly and though busy, we’re able to get our orders completed within a few minutes of placing it.
It’s also the first time where we got mugs and a glass for our drinks, which was nice.
Will def pass in again while in the area.
