I will never return to this starbucks again.. Victoria whom ever she is there, did not have change for a 50 and my order was 13. She tried to give me nothing but quarters and dimes in rolls, I told her I was not taking that much in change. But if I could get my daughters breakfast sandwich and her grande coffee that I will return with change that I would go break the 50.. she told me no canceled my order and I left with nothing. So I'm guessing my order was thrown away or given to the customer behind me.. all because they were not prepared..

I have to start with the ordering, They didnt take the order for 20 mins and then made me wait for 20 more minutes. After that i got a wrong order and my order went to a drive through person. All this when the store is absolutely empty. Utterly disappointed.

It was one of the fastest Starbucks experiences I've had. Ordered on the app right before I pulled in, and my sandwiches and lattes were ready really quickly and delicious. Sometimes the breakfast sandwiches can be a bit over/undercooked, but they were on point. Very fresh and tasty. Order was fast and perfect.
This is my second time visiting this Starbucks location within months and this is the second time the customer service has been rude and had some sort of attitude as though I’m bothering them. No greeting, no smile, I didn’t feel welcomed. And what makes it worse I was there picking up an order for a friend not myself. I will go back to visiting Riverton from now on they’re nice over there

Yesterday I stopped at this Starbucks and got a Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot and it tasted like water! About 30 minutes ago I stopped and got a Double Smoked Bacon, Egg and Cheddar sandwich on crescent roll. I’ve order this sandwich numerous times and it was good but today it was horrible and I’m pissed! The crescent roll was extremely stale the sandwich was cold and the bacon was barely cooked. I couldn’t eat, gave it to the dogs! Prices are too high for the food and drinks here to be so unacceptable! I want a refund and no matter how much of a hurry I’m in I will not waste my hard earned money here again!!!!!
