Got a a six inch meatball with cheese to go. Got home and my sub had two meatballs and loaded with cheese and bread.
The people here don’t want to serve you,
The guy who put veggies and sauces didn’t bother to put pickles until we explicitly told him to do it even after saying all veggies and pickles please
they were least interested when we walked in and just wanted us gone
Only plus is washrooms were clean

Having dealt with the Rutherford Crossing Subway in the past, it has really had put a sour taste in my mouth when it came to Subway in general. We stopped in to this location in Front Royal today and I have to admit I am glad we did. The subs were great and our service was too. The gentlemen who made our subs were kind and professional. I'm happy to say our love of Subway has been restored!

The store was not as clean as another store I had been in a few days before. The service was OK. Everyone was friendly but not meshing with each other in a productive way it felt mismanaged. It was not the usual production line that the subways had. They had four employees. One was cleaning, and the other three were working behind the counter, each working its own customer. I was picking up for my daughter, and I liked the person working with me. The guy was friendly and did a great job with intentiveness on making sandwiches. The store is older and may need a rehab to make it look and feel cleaner. The staff that waited on me was good.

I hate how the people that own/run this Subway lie, Went to order something that is New just released to the menu. I can order it online for pickup at this store, decided to just go and order in store, get there and they said they Don't have it because no one orders it so they don't stock it. ITS New and just was added to Subway menu, hasn't been on the online menu till this month. Hahaha lost my business because of lies. I'll drive to another Subway before going back to this business.

I'm a gluten-free vegan and I didn't think I could get anything at Subway. Boy was I wrong. I got a salad with a vegan Patty on top. It was excellent

The staff is always great but it’s never super clean. It’s not gross but I’ve seen better looking Subways. It’s not bad enough to avoid, sometime we like to live on the edge!The foods “Subway” and on brand.I get the BMT with Mayo and the sweet onion sauce. My better half gets the steak and cheese and loves it. The cookies are good too. It’s our go to for fast food.
