I was there when Samantha and her coworker (we didn't catch the name of) dealt with a very difficult customer and they handled it with politeness and grace.

The father son team was very helpful and so nice. I do not do Subway often. I do not feel that the price now fits the sandwich. Today, the guys gave a good portion of meat for the sandwich. I was happy, and the father and son were extremely nice. I will go back because of them.

It could have just been that I got a good batch of staff while ordering but the 2staff that were there, were great. They gave exactly what I asked for and were not rude at all.

it's subway. not much else to really say honestly. it's one of two in town, but it's the only option if you want a sub. I've always wanted a firehouse, jersey mikes, or jimmy john's to be build in front royal.

Major bug problem. Tried to eat inside and had about 20 gnats swarming us while trying to eat. Had to leave and take food home. I can imagine they are swarming the area where food is made also.

I ordered a sub today from this subway online. Got home and didn’t have all the toppings I ordered. Also paid extra for avocado and they didn’t even put it on my sub. Very disappointed

It was getting late and we went to subway on N Royal, (we usually go to the one by 66 but they are temporary closed.)Sub was very good. Service was ok. it was late, almost close but weren't greeted like normal. Seemed like they were more interested in getting done to go home than taking care of us. Wasnt friendly like usual. I work guest service and notice this type of thing. I miss the subway by I66. Todd was always friendly and would talk to us no matter when we came in or what they were doing! I hope they reopen soon.

I don't usually write reviews about "fast food" but I have had two great experiences this year and figured it was time. About 2 months ago I went in to get subs for my kiddos and there were 3 young gentlemen, high school aged, working. They were so polite; opening the door for me while sweeping, full of manners and made perfect subs. It is rare to see teenagers with such care and it was absolutely noticed and appreciated. Just this past week I stopped by again for a quick bowl of soup to- go. All new faces but each one extremely pleasant and happy to help the customers. I set my lunch on a table and used the restroom before heading out and one of the gentlemen assured me he'd keep an eye on it. Bonus: Cleanest bathrooms I have EVER encountered in a restaurant! I was blown away. Hopefully they see this and can pat themselves on the back for taking a chain and making it really stand out with great staff and 5 star cleanliness.

Last time I came in they were so rude and mean! I came back today and they have a new worker this lady is so cheerful and sweet literally coming back to this subway just so I can see her. People's attitudes can make a big difference
