Rotten lettuce every time. I know it Taco Bell, but standards have dropped and that’s saying something. On top of poor customer service, everyone on their phones, while working the line. The pictures show what was on my tacos, you’d never see it in your burrito. Bad for even Taco Bell. Imagine what we don’t see. Oh! And it’s not cheap anymore.

My expectations aren’t high from Taco Bell but at $25 there were some expectations. We went at off hours. Dirty tables and seats which we cleaned ourselves. Went for simply tacos and a burrito. Cracked, broken taco shells that could not be picked up. Asked for replacement tacos and new ones came with old brown lettuce. Burrito was wrapped in a mushy ball that dripped water (not grease from meat). Horrible experience!

Wanted me to pull up at drive thru. I was the only one in line I said no. I then asked for refund and they said no it was OK to wait at the window. My order had 1 wrong item.

I wouldn't usually do a review on a fast food chain unless it was awful, but this is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever visited. The employees were extremely friendly on the intercom and at the window. I received my order in a timely manner, and each item in the Luxe box was perfectly placed and perfectly made. The ingredients in each taco and burrito were even distributed and looked like they were made with care instead of just tossed together.

I come here for a simple 3 tacos. They get it completely wrong. I go by the 2nd time to get my order right, guess what happens. First off let me just say that this restaurant needs to be inspected because for far too long has the food been awful. I do not understand how this Taco Bell has this many stars when I have literally never gotten good food from there. Tonight I ordered a Beef crunch wrap , supreme, with a Chalupa and I get home and started to eat the crunch wrap, and there was no meat inside the beef, Crunch wrap supreme The only thing in there was cheese and lettuce. The Chalupa Hardly had any meat in it as well, and it was hard as a brick. I called the restaurant back, And when the employee picked up, I told him I ordered food online and before I could finish, he said what was wrong with it, which was a red flag in my mind He told me to come down and they would replace it. Drove back to town picked up the food opened it up and it was soggy falling apart I could barely pick it up So I threw it in the trash. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this restaurant, bad food, Incompetent employees don’t know how to make meals properly and just slap stuff together. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to do a makeover and clean house

To all the people in the reviews here saying “the people who work here know how to smile” or the people who need a server to smile, I’m sorry but you don’t need a smile to get good food. Get a grip. You think they want to smile? It’s Taco Bell. No one wants to work at Taco Bell. Get your food. Sit down. And shut up.
They cannot get orders right, then make you pay extra for sauce that comes with the meal. I was told there was sauce in my bag. Okay I paid extra for two more. I watched them put the two I paid extra for into the bag. I go to eat and are there four sauces? No, just the two I had to pay extra for.

Went to get some breakfast here a little after they opened. They were still setting up for the day and I had to wait a little while extra to both order and get my food. However, the workers were super apologetic and gave us a few free Cinnabon delights and hash browns as a consolation. Altogether the waiting was only a small inconvenience, but they went out of their way to make up for it and that is something I really appreciate.
