Rotten lettuce every time. I know it Taco Bell, but standards have dropped and that’s saying something. On top of poor customer service, everyone on their phones, while working the line. The pictures show what was on my tacos, you’d never see it in your burrito. Bad for even Taco Bell. Imagine what we don’t see. Oh! And it’s not cheap anymore.

My expectations aren’t high from Taco Bell but at $25 there were some expectations. We went at off hours. Dirty tables and seats which we cleaned ourselves. Went for simply tacos and a burrito. Cracked, broken taco shells that could not be picked up. Asked for replacement tacos and new ones came with old brown lettuce. Burrito was wrapped in a mushy ball that dripped water (not grease from meat). Horrible experience!

Wanted me to pull up at drive thru. I was the only one in line I said no. I then asked for refund and they said no it was OK to wait at the window. My order had 1 wrong item.
Clean establishment and the staff actually cared. Everyone was professional and worked as a team. My food was well put together and fresh.

I wouldn't usually do a review on a fast food chain unless it was awful, but this is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever visited. The employees were extremely friendly on the intercom and at the window. I received my order in a timely manner, and each item in the Luxe box was perfectly placed and perfectly made. The ingredients in each taco and burrito were even distributed and looked like they were made with care instead of just tossed together.

I come here for a simple 3 tacos. They get it completely wrong. I go by the 2nd time to get my order right, guess what happens. It’s wrong again, with my 3 supreme tacos not having that sour cream I look forward to when eating a Taco Bell taco. I go by a 3rd time, and would never guess what happened. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN, with lacking the sour cream I was craving. In conclusion this taco bell was a waste of money and time. Go to the one near walmart, it’s 100 times better.
