I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through to get around and pay to be asked to go back around and wait another 30 minutes with the line wrapped around. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. Someone should be held accountable making customers wait double the time for your metrics is ridiculous.

Rotten lettuce every time. I know it Taco Bell, but standards have dropped and that’s saying something. On top of poor customer service, everyone on their phones, while working the line. The pictures show what was on my tacos, you’d never see it in your burrito. Bad for even Taco Bell. Imagine what we don’t see. Oh! And it’s not cheap anymore.

My expectations aren’t high from Taco Bell but at $25 there were some expectations. We went at off hours. Dirty tables and seats which we cleaned ourselves. Went for simply tacos and a burrito. Cracked, broken taco shells that could not be picked up. Asked for replacement tacos and new ones came with old brown lettuce. Burrito was wrapped in a mushy ball that dripped water (not grease from meat). Horrible experience!
