The customers are rude
So there are two staff members in today. One is a nice young man who is clearly new. The poor kid isn’t gonna last long here with the way the woman training him keeps rolling her eyes and barking orders at him. I feel for the poor kid.
Also, the bathrooms are filthy.
As a viewer of this practice, the manager of this establishment has no business being a manager. The manager quite regularly is not present in this establishment. Never there to settle disputes, never there to handle employees, etc etc. The staff (predominantly underage females) are left sometimes all day without the manager once coming in.
