There are no words for how terrible this place is. The people don’t ever know what they’re doing or making, the smoothies always taste different and lack consistency. We got wraps that were half the normal size and watered down smoothies. The people clearly don’t know what they’re doing and the price point is way too high for what you get. Avoid this location

Here's the problem, they are never open when supposed to be.
7am is the opening time according to the online app and the hours posted on Google. I've made 2 online orders. The 1st time I had to wait 45 minutes after ordering, the employee finally showed up. Note they weren't presentable as a good representative of this business. The 2nd time they just never showed up at all. I never did get my refund for this order. This is poor management. Just awful!

I love their smoothies! I don't understand why they never open on time!! I have lost interest in them! Very disappointing that employees can't be on time! This has happened numerous times since August!

We ordered online for pick up and payed 40 dollars worth of smoothies with extra stuff and all the smoothies came plan and was flavorless

Muiz was amazing!! He was working alone, made our smoothies & food delicious! He even helped bring it out to my car. Hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service & food quality skills!

The people there are nice. Their food is absolutely not it.
I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership or what but they’ve gotten real “cheap” in the last few months.
The apple kale slaw rarely has enough dressing to even coat it. I’ve ordered extra dressing to try and combat this overall dressing issue they have on my wraps and still no dressing. When there is some dressing it’s watered down.
They’re skimping on smoothie ingredients to the point that you can taste the difference and the consistency is off.
If you are hoping to have a good experience please just don’t go here.

the service here sucks. the kid at the register made me wait like 10 mins to order (the place was empty) while I literally watched her playing on her phone through the service window. the wraps are way better than the flatbread, not sure why the food is so inconsistent.

Overall the food has gone extremely down and just overall tastes terrible.

The smoothies are okay at best. It always seems lifeless in the shop and the workers seem miserable.

I wish the food and smoothies looked and tasted as good as the pictures but unfortunately it’s just your regular that has gone down.

Forever understaffed and taking 25+ minutes for mobile orders regardless of when ordered. Never seen another location run this poorly

Smoothies are great. My son and I came by here for a smoothie. The guy (no hair and glasses) working the front was very nice and helpful. Nice staff, today!
