Great food and wonderful smoothies.

Forever understaffed and taking 25+ minutes for mobile orders regardless of when ordered. Never seen another location run this poorly

Smoothies are great. My son and I came by here for a smoothie. The guy (no hair and glasses) working the front was very nice and helpful. Nice staff, today!

If I'm n town, I always go for a smoothie and a flatbread. The workers are very friendly and smoothies and flatbread are always really good and tasty.

I really like it. My daughter enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Beautiful place. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken club.

Unfortunately, I ordered my food through the app like normal around 7:05pm (which took my order and money! Without any problem) and come to find out when I got there at 7:20pm They’re CLOSED!! Even though the sign says open untill 9pm today 1/1/25. And as I know they use Olo as their system, I know you can turn off mobile ordering which obviously wasn’t done when it should have been to Avoid issue such as this!

Long wait times compared to almost any other restaurant of its kind and poor food quality (see photo). It doesn’t seem like anyone working really knows what’s going on. Save your time and money.

Smoothies are great and food is delicious.
The servers were very nice even though the place was full of people and they were very busy.
I will come back at any time.

We stopped in for a fast smoothie to cool us down on a hot day. We were met with the pungent odor of wet dog as we walked through the front door. There were no customers in the store and a single worker in the back room surfing her phone. She looked at me and my son and continued swiping her screen. We pondered the menu for about a minute or two and figured out what we wanted. The girl in the back room (Charolette) made eye contact with us again through the little window by the blenders and again went back to her phone. We waited for another three minutes and the girl walked toward the back of the store and out of sight. We decided we were being ignored and decided to walk out . Then another worker , maybe the owner or manager walked in as we were leaving. He must have figured I was angry, based on the look of disgust on my face l, and asked if he could help . We made or order and paid $17.62 for two smoothies. The gentleman made the drinks rather quickly but the price point is absurd for the product served. Tropical Smoothie lost a customer with me and my entire family today. They are now on the no-dine list. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Pretty good place to get smoothies on a hot day or if you just need something to cool you down. There are sugar free sweeteners you can select as an option. I usually get the detox long island green with Splenda. I believe you can get a half Splenda serving as well.
