The past 3 or 4 times I have come to this windix for breakfast I have had to wait a crazy amount of time period today I waited almost 8 minutes to even get close to the speaker and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then when you get to the speaker they make you wait another 3 or 4 minutes. What makes it really bad is that when you finally get to the window they have an attitude and do not even apologize. On top of that the order is never correct. I love Wendy's, but will never go back to this one and will warn others. Edit- still takes 15 minutes to get food,even when there is no line. Thought I would try them again, but quickly regretted it.
Edit November 13th 2024. I decided to give this place a try again. It appears that the same rude woman is working the drive-thru. Not only does she make you wait while she takes care of the customer in front of you, but she tells you to wait in one of the rudest manners possible. She needs to work on her tone of voice and the way she talks to customers as it is a huge turn off and does not make me want to sit and wait for these extended periods of time that are common at this restaurant

No Toilet paper, no changing table, had to go back to get missed fries that where slightly underdone, numerous flies.

Stopped in after a play date at the park across the street with four kids in tow. Homecoming night and during the dinner rush, so there was a line in the drive thru, but we were inside so we thought it might be faster.

It took more than five minutes for the cashier to finish packing up the drive thru orders before he could come take our first order. After my friend finished, I had to wait another almost ten minutes for him to finish more drive thru orders and place items on my friend's tray. My order took at least another ten minutes to be put on my trays.

There were no napkins, spoons or forks in the lobby. All of the tables and counters were dirty with soda and food droppings. The floors were lightly littered with debris. Bathrooms were somewhat dirty.

It seemed obvious that they were short staffed and busy. Those two things combined make it hard to keep up. This restaurant is usually cleaner, better stocked and with faster service (even if not perfect).

Food was served hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Not only was the food hot and fresh, when i stopped in late the one evening, I saw employees deep cleaning work surfaces in the kitchen, inspiring a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen

The bathrooms were gross and I would NOT recommend the salad at this location. The chicken was fired out like it had been sitting for days.

Was just there earlier. The food was almost correct, the fries were minimal. They added ice to each drink when I said no ice, and then when she handed me the drinks I went to tell her “I said no ice” and to also order a frosty (my fault) and before I could say anything she shut the drive-thru door on me and then did the same thing when I got my food when I AGAIN wanted to apologize and ask for a frosty. It’s like they’re mad people are making them work. And I even tip fast food workers. Will NEVER go back…and I live like three blocks away.
