Ever since the previous manager left and a new one was instated this location has taken a dive in quality. The wait times are longer and they are always out of something so when I request for an item for my order they don't have it in stock and I end up leaving or getting something else. I hope this location can get itself together or else it's going to lose customers.

I used drive-thru and I had a coupon. I added medium hasbrowns and a small diet coke. I received a coke after asking is this diet coke and I was told yes. Missing medium hasbrowns and the ones in the bag were small. I paid for the addions. Disappointed. ☹️

I'd love to leave a better review, but I'd have to lie to do so. I ordered a simple item from the menu: Sausage, egg, & cheese on a biscuit. Large coffee, one sugar, two cream. What I received was the sausage, egg, & cheese on a croissant (but was in a sausage, egg, & cheese on a biscuit wrapper). And a black coffee (which was pretty weak/lacked flavor to boot). I guess I should be happy they at least got the "sausage, egg, & cheese" right, and didn't burn the potatoes (though there was a french fry in my order as well - just can't help but wonder, since it was 7:45am, was this something left over from the night before? No other reason to have fries out this early in the day. Unfortunately, I got this in the drive through, so I didn't realize the problems until I got to my workplace, and not worth the hassle or time to complain in person. It was a simple order - and the place was not busy, so being rushed or overly busy isn't an excuse. I'd like to leave a better review, but when you have a slow morning, to more or less get the entire order wrong deserves the negative attention it gets.

If you don't have 20 to 30 minutes to wait don't bother stopping. The person behind the counter is more concerned with the drive through than anything else. I get it it's a busy drive through but when people are walking away from the counter you're losing money too. Can't imagine why Burger King is doing so bad collectively.

Can’t take an order through the drive in. Struggled to listen to the order.
Asked for ketchup got two packs do they pay employees in ketchup packets? Is this part of the job description keep the condiments offered away from the customer that is buying your product?

Just an average Burger King. Nothing special. Not super clean - not overly dirty. The food was hot and prepared quickly.
