Danielle Gardner at DLA is terrific. Too often, the good government employees get ignored. (The bad ones tend to get all the attention). But there are people like Danielle, who care about their craft, take their profession seriously, and work effectively and efficiently to make things MORE streamlined for citizens, rather than less. I admire bureaucrats and government workers who do good work, even though they rarely get recognized and nobody ever throws them a parade.
A so so organization that doesn't really know what is happening outside the HQ building. Somebody help them.

Great employer. Wonderful HQs building - state of the art government facility. I enjoy my trips down from Philadelphia and I’m proud to work for this agency supporting the services after my retirement. Great mission! Great agency!

Excellent place to work. Nice cafeteria. Parking is tight. Get here very early.

Thanks to BRAC, plan to add an extra 30-45 minutes in order to get here...more if you're arriving/departing at peak times.
I worked here for 4 years...If you're a contractor, don't ever hope to get here early enough to get good parking!
