It took me about 45+ minutes to get my pizza due to my car being heavily snowed in. When I got there, my pizza was still nice and hot and fresh. Idk what was in the dominos workers today but I feel like it was made with every ounce of goodness from their heart and soul. It was so good! 10/10

1. Angry and unfriendly guy working at the register (I assume he's the manager).
2. Pizzas aren't completely cut before being put in the box.
3. Asking for tips when customers pick-up their pizza.

I ordered ahead on Domino's website. The order was ready when I arrived. The pick-up process was easy. The food was hot and delicious. The stuffed crust pizza is delicious. The steak and cheese is also delicious. I'd return to Domino's on Fort Belvoir.

Never had an issue with my pizza till now, accidentally ordered my pizza to the wrong store (Belvoir is my saved store) I was no where near Belvoir at the time and i wasn’t going to drive nearly 2 hours for it. I called to notify the store when i noticed and i apologized a few times for the inconvenience. He canceled my order and I apologized once more just to hear on the other end “yeah yeah yeah” then he hung up. If this is the service I get for a simple misunderstanding I know better to not spend my money here any longer. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional.
Tldr: horrible Ordered in person, took 45 min to get a small pepperoni pizza. It was so bad you couldn't grab a slice, it was just mush inside the box.

I don’t understand why they play with people’s time. There should be better communication on the website and for people in the area. On military bases, I doubt this is the first time this has happened. Today, we ordered a pizza from this location, and without any warning, they wasted our time by leading us to believe that this location was accessible to everyone. This location is only accessible to people with a military ID who can enter the base. A complete waste of time. I don’t understand why the base police can’t inform people and explain that this specific store is inside a restricted area that NOT EVERYONE CAN ACCESS. A friendly recommendation: there should be a large sign warning people before they place an order at this location, clearly stating that you cannot enter if you don’t have a military ID. Simple.
