I have a very positive experience every time I visit this location. I go every Week. I’m quick, I don’t talk much, and I always order the same thing. At this point, the friendly staff knows my order the moment I walk through the door, and I can’t say how much I appreciate that.

Even though I’m not really someone who strikes up conversations, their kindness and consistency make me feel welcomed. The service is always fast, the team is always friendly, and the whole experience just makes my day a little better.

Highly recommend this location!

Customer service sucks and they never answer the phone I’ve been calling to check on a refund. If the shop is closed why would you guys make it so that online orders still go through and it says open online even when closed. I want my money back

Paid extra for bottled coke. Was told they don’t have any. Cool it happens. Guy refused to refund the extra charge or to make it right but kept pointing to the cups to get a fountain drink and ignored what my issue was. I don’t care about the extra charge but don’t just dismiss what I’m saying and lying about it being the same price when it’s clearly two different prices as stated on the website/app. Garbage customer service from that one older guy.

This store is a pain to get to, but so worth it. Talk about "freaky fast", I ordered from the parking lot so I could take my time deciding. I paid and walked in, started pulling my chips and cookie off the displays, tell the guy my name and he tells me it's on the shelf. WTH? Always fresh and without complaints on accuracy. Thanks guys!

First time I ordered online from here, they screwed our order up and it took them an hour to complete it. Paid extra for guac on one sandwich, extra for bacon on another, added a dessert, and all were missing. At least $5-6 dollars in their pocket and no product for me. Second visit we ordered in. Sandwiches redeemed my first poor experience. Third go , being hopeful based on my last visit, we ordered hoagies. $10 for the turkey Tom (had to pay extra for cheese) and this is what I get. Literally two slices of turkey in the sandwich and it just looks sad. I can go to Jersey Mikes, not have to pay extra for cheese and have 3x as much meat. They will get my business from now on.

Go elsewhere. Definitely not to the stands if Jimmy John’s. The regional manger should pay this place a visit. Poor service attitude. Sloppy preparation. “Ran out of napkins” etc.
We wont return.

I ordered a turkey tom on French bread no tomatoes add hot peppers sauce and oregano they put tomatoes my husband is allergic to tomatoes and they did not put hot peppers on his sandwich they aren’t answering the phone I called like six times terrible!

I accidentally placed a catering order for the wrong date and had to cancel my order, and the managers here were on it and made sure I got my refund back despite some hiccups. Also, the delivery driver here is a sweetheart! Phenomenal customer service!

STOP RIPPING THE BREAD OUT OF MY SUBS, PLEASE! It's only happened about 30-40 times but I keep coming back for m̶o̶r̶e̶ less since there are limited options in the immediate area. Please tell your staff that LBI doesn't mean "less bread inside". 5 times out of 10, it's made to order, the rest are disappointingly light. Maybe I have a gambling addiction? Who's idea was this anyway? You guys throw out enough bread to feed a homeless shelter.

I've already contacted customer service, and it was ignored.

This location is not freaky fast. Opposite of fast. I live within one mile and it usually takes over an hour. They usually get the order wrong. When the order comes and if they put all the food in the bag, it’s great. Odds of a good order are 4/10. But due to it being the only jimmy johns near us, we continue to order. What can ya do.
