Came in tonight with my family to enjoy a sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich meat and cheese heated only. Not the bread. To which the lady working argued with me saying " you don't want bread then" to which I replied, yes I do, but I JUST WANT THE MEAT AND CHEESE HEATED. So she laughed at me.I asked if there was an issue to which she didn't respond but threw the meat and cheese in the heater. When it was done she slapped it on the bread, proceeded to look at me, and then clapped her hands. So I told her I didn't want it anymore.How are you going to work at subway on a military installation, and then proceed to treat service members like we're some sort of prisoners. Isn't this subway? Have it your way? Or has the at motto long been demolished to the point we're you're not allowed to make a sandwich the way you want it. I'll forever tell people not too come here until I get a response from management or corporate this lady need to work elsewhere, not a military installation treating people like sh,t

Not that Subway is a 4 star kind of place, but the service was friendly and speedy and the ingredients seemed fresh on my toasted sandwich. Extra bonus the rosemary-Parmesan bread is perfectly bronzed not burnt. The tables outside were fine to sit to enjoy a quick lunch.

[Edit 5/2023] Time changes everything. While still busier at lunch, not as much of a wait these days. Like everything, prices have gone thru the roof, the menu has changed and it seems they are more stingy with toppings. It used to be you'd get 6 slices of tomato with a footlong, now it's four. Same with other toppings and even the sauce. Quantity of base product (meat, tuna, etc) appears to have shrunk so to get what used to be 'normal' you can elect to pay even more for an overpriced sub. Tried coming here a few time to make sure this wasn't a one-time thing. Looks like it's time to eat elsewhere. [Initial post 2019]It is Subway. Lots of choices, and consistent quality. This location gets busy at lunchtime (11:15 - 13:00), but even when the line is long it typically moves quickly. Parking curbside can be a challenge, but there are lots across the street and behind the building, too. I probably go here 3-5x per month.

This subway is normally very good, however there is one member of the staff who took away my desires to ever eat at that location again. To me, a good business is one that takes care of their customers. My boyfriend and I bought and paid for our food, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I ate half of mine and then decided I wanted to give the other half to my mom who can not eat bread. My boyfriend asked an employee if we could have an empty bowl, when I heard the employee tell him that an empty bowl is **$9** I figured there must be a miscommunication! So I went up myself and asked for the bowl. All I wanted was an empty bowl and spoon so my mom could eat the food without choking on the bread. I would understand if the lady had told us that it is against company policy, and it may be, but she did not tell us that. She was only saying that we had to pay $9 for a bowl when we already paid over $30 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. So I decided to talk to another employee who seemed like a native English speaker, because I thought the lady wasn't understanding me. Before I could even finish talking to the other employee the lady cut me off and said that she already told me no. I feel bad for the other employee, he was caught in a very uncomfortable situation. This all could've been resolved if the lady had simply told me that it was against company policy to give customers containers to carry food in or that there aren't any extra to spare. Or if she had let me talk to the other employee so he could resolve it.Wish I had talked to the manager, she seems nice. So here's the take away- this location has good food, just pray you don't have the same employee I did.Subway- please work on better communication with staff and customers.

There are really friendly employees at this Subway. The weekend workers always seem happy to be there and are polite and curious.

The lead person in charge, perhaps this is a double negative, was in command of the SW. She was attentive, expedited my order and was pleasant and VERY communicative. Has always been a comfortable transaction, with her in place.

Mmm I LOVE mine to be more of a salad submarine lol. The service was amazing and they put everything I asked for.. well, what hasn't been discontinued by Subway :/ Sadly Rotisserie Chicken is no longer, nor is the garlic oil or light Mayo. Bummer.. It would be great if those things were brought back, but, back to my service. Very respectful and courteous employees, made my order quickly and was delicious :) always great service at this subway

I really like this Subway because it's clean and truthfully this is the only time I will eat it. They have great customer service, and my food is always prepared quickly to where it doesn't get soggy, by the time I get back to my desk. I definitely recommend this one!!
