Went there today and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for them to take out order which they didn’t. Awful service.

The staff is unprofessional
Their prices are more expensive than the one right outside the gate
Expect to wait a long time in line just to be told they are out of your menu item or smoothie

By far (and consistently) the worst location we have been to.

Tried ordering an acai bowl and a quesadilla at 11:27am. Guess what? You can't order either of them. The bowls weren't thawed yet and we couldnt order the quesadilla. This place is unreliable if you wanted food to eat. Although the cashier was able to take our order, she seemed lethargic and uninterested in working.

This location has several issues with supplies. Often out of important items like large cups, main ingredients to many of the bowls. and even chicken.
The employees are extremely rude. I stood there one day for about 2-3 minutes waiting to be helped while both employees behind the counter were on their phones. I finally said “can I please order” and she laughed and said “hold on.”
Do not recommend this location. drive the extra few minutes to get good, friendly service and good quality food.

Based on my experience, this location needs a complete overhaul—starting with customer service. Upon arrival, I waited 5–10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite there being only three guests that they already took orders from. When I finally placed my order—a Detox Island drink and a Thai salad—the employee informed me that while they had salad, she wasn’t going to let me take “all her salad.” The way it was communicated came off as rude and unprofessional, leaving me questioning whether the salad was being saved for personal use or for other menu items. The entire experience was poorly handled, and this business is in serious need of improvement. Save your money and take the extra trip off-base to another Tropical Smoothie location—this one isn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Please just shut this place down. It just keeps getting worse. Order ahead still is a long wait. It was great in the beginning.

Savannah will be the reason I never return and even deleted the app. How you make the same sandwich wrong twice and not even apologize? Reflection of management? The new norm?

The smoothies are great, when you can get one. The customer service at this location is abysmal. Visited 25 Jan and there was no one at the counter. Waited a few and even called out to see if anyone could hear me. Waited beyond a reasonable amount of time before I just left. Got food at a different restaurant in the food court and kept an eye on the smoothie place. The customer behind me waited longer and finally got some help.

The tropical smoothie at the Fort Belvoir PX frequently runs out of bananas which is important abd had failed to open on time (an hour late). I would avoid ordering here too avoid poor business management.

Amazing service and love their smoothies and food!!!

This place seemed chaotic. The lady at the register wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming, and my dragon fruit smoothie was too runny. It was basically dragon fruit juice. Plus $8+ seems very expensive for a smoothie. I thought prices would be cheaper on post. I won't return.

Staff is very friendly. It was a wait for my food but It was the lunch rush and that was expected. My Smoothie was perfect and so was my food. Jennifer and Rosie are awesome, they were very professional and polite!

My smoothie was really good! Only thing is the lunch rush wait time but that's kind of expected.
