Bar Louie has some of the best burgers I have ever had. I loved going here when I lived in Virginia. I tried a lot of different things on their menu and everything was always so good. It isn't too busy most of the time which is nice and it's in a great location. Staff was always friendly as well.

I do not do reviews, and I don't think I've ever done a restaurant review, but I'm feeling inclined. Our server, Rachel, was wonderful. They were out of Blue Moon and tots. Both, no big deal. Then my cheesesteak with French onion au jus came without the au jus or the sautéed onions. I wasn't told ahead of time they were out of those items or I would have ordered something different. My husband's meal was also supposed to have ingredients that were missing....
