Our family of five decided to give this place a chance and skip Brusters. Staff were not pleasant at all. We bought five sundae's and each had different sized portions. No consistency at all. Out of all the young ladies working, only 1 was nice. The others asked what we'd like, then rolled their eyes and began to make our order. Hot fudge was piled on 1 side of our sundae. We'll be going to Brusters where the staff and price is absolutely amazing! May I suggest sending your staff to a customer service class or be present to observe how rude they are to your customers. By the way, if you'd like to address the young ladies, we visited Friday, June 27th at 6:45pm. $7 for a 2 tiny scoops of ice cream is a ripoff!

For some odd reason most times my family goes to this Baskin-Robbins they always try not to give us the 31% discount that they offer on months that have 31 days. The staff just don’t seem happy and they’re very “stale.” It’s always a struggle. Ice cream is great. The service not so much.

Kid serving me ice cream was the nicest and best ice cream scooper I have met in a while! Baskin Robbins should hire more 14 year olds if they are going to be as polite as this young man. It’s safe to say that this man serves out happiness in a cone with a smile on his face everyday! ??

They worked with me via email and phone calls to make the perfect Minion Ice Cream cake for my daughter so we could celebrate her in VA.

this Baskin-Robbins is very clean and friendly. Inside is Dunkin’ Donuts as well as Baskin-Robbins, feel free to indulge in you sugar craving. We got two scope of ice cream, service was quick,no lines
Parking: The drive to get there is weird AF. Seems like an unnecessary long winding you turn inside the parking lot. Original developed must’ve been doing a line before work.

I am extremely disappointed by the service we received tonight. We have been customers of this location for a fee years and had met the owner a super nice lady. Today wasn't what we expected. First, the girls were not at all personable and not eager to work apparently. Second, we ordered two scoop sundays and what we got was barely the amount of one scoop. By the time I wanted to take a picture of the second scoop inside the store it was almost non existent! If this is how you are riping people off by charging almost $7 for a two scoop sunday this I absolutely unacceptable. Your business will go down fast, unfortunately.

Very scrumptious. 10/10 will go again. When we tipped the cashier, he went hip hip hooorraaayyyyy, clicked his heels, and asked us if we liked Bruno Mars. The very pretty lady who made my WARM BROWNIE SUNDAE was so caring, and made it very good. We realized it was 2 minutes past closing so we left, happy. Thank you Baskin Robins for giving me a home other than home.

Great experience! My 4 year old tried all the color flavors and couldn’t decide. Typical! They are all too good. Service was amazing! The staff and even the owner all greeted us and made us feel welcome. After our special treat we bought a birthday icecream cake and they personalized it too! Highly recommend!
