Super helpful store. They are so accommodating, they even made my last minute Turkey Ice Cream Cake dreams come true. So clean and well run. Really glad we have such a nice location as our closest store!

Never been to this Baskins Robbins before until this past week. I was in the mood for a milkshake - which I've not had one in many years. I selected the Cookies & Cream ice cream for my milkshake - in a large size. I also got a container of their Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream to take home. The milkshake was huge - and yummy! The Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream was consumed later in the week. Very rich and satisfying! Service was good - paid with Apple Pay. While I was there - I looked for photos of Scott Lang - but there were no mentions of the "Employee of the Century!" to be found. #BaskinRobbins

No matter what people say - best ice cream chain place is Baskin-Robbins ?If you are coffee lover like me, get their oreo n Cold brew ice cream! Definitely one of the best flavor to ever exist heheh(Surprisingly they got ice cream pizza..??? What the heck LOL)

Had Mary from Baskin Robbins in Gainesville come serve ice cream for our company picnic. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone really enjoyed the ice cream, and it was special having Mary and the BR brand present. She was great - so friendly with everyone. Highly recommend her and Baskin Robbins Gainesville!

Hang onto your wallet at this location. Two quarts of pre-packed ice cream can be had for between $10.59 to $10.99 at any other area Baskin-Robbins, but this Heathcote location charges $13.89 for exactly the same thing. Forget that. I'm not patronizing any business that proudly features Joe Biden pricing. Let's go, Brandon!

Nice employees and clean atmosphere. But so crazy expensive. And they definitely upsold me without telling me until the register. Very frustrating to spend $17 on 3 kids cones…Won’t be going again.
