Yesterday, my friend and I decided to go to Bonchon for dinner. We arrived at 7:50 p.m., knowing their posted closing time was 8:30. As we drove past, we noticed a customer still inside and the lights on. However, by the time we parked and walked up to the door, the lights were off and the doors were locked. They had closed before 8, despite the listed closing time of 8:30.

Actually slop this should be closed down instantly they would not give me a refund because I didn't bring 10 pounds of there unedited food back because I ordered when they closed

I'm very upset with this location. Website said they are supposed to be open until 8:30. I placed an online order at 7:45 for an 8:15 pickup. I arrived at the store at 8:10 and it was closed. Upsetting because they even charged me and sent a receipt.

My husband and I were going to have lunch here but the doors were locked despite saying it’s open….so we went to 5 guys instead

Update: so found out the doors to the front that’s facing the road are locked but I saw customers leave out the doors on the other side of the store ….it just feels like they don’t want people to enter otherwise wouldn’t you put a sign up that says use other doors letting people know vs them thinking your closed and leaving..

We had Korean Fried Chicken 12pcs, 3 Korean Tacos, 3 Bao Buns, side of French Fries (coleslaw came with the chicken), Seasoned Fried Zucchini, and 1 Coke (water for the rest of us) for $80.00. Food was very good but very $-pricy for appetizers.

Smallest legs I’ve ever seen or received at a BonChon. If you’re a fan, be prepared to be disappointed in the size of the chicken pieces. I ordered the six piece mix, and I swear they all look like wingettes. Even the purported ’leg’. A little disappointed in that. The service was friendly and the flavor is good!! Place was empty though on a Friday evening.

Didn’t enjoy it, dry wings… was told I couldn’t get a side of the sauce it’s a policy so I brought ranch and it was half full in small cup for $1 but also not a good brand. Wings and fries with a drink was $16.49 but it was a disappointment. Fries had an aftertaste. Not the taste or experience I got at the Chantilly and Manassas Locations…i won’t be returning to this one.

I placed an order of 16 wings. The wings were half the size they normally are. They were also very lightly coated in sauce. I can usually be full off of 4 wings. Extremely disappointed in the quality especially for the price. I have been to Locations all over and this is definitely my worst experience with quality of food.

Went there with my son about 3pm, we were the only ones there. Mens bathroom was dirty as well as the dining room. As far as the food goes it was very expensive for frozen not fresh food. We spent almost $50 for a chicken sandwich with fries, bonless wings, dumplings and a drink. The bonless wings are definitely frozen nuggets and the chicken sandwich was very dry and i only used half of the bun because the chicken was so small. Again for these prices you should be getting freshly battered and fried meat not frozen. This was our first and last visit.

Was cautious about going here since their reviews were poor, however my wings were perfect Bonchon I'm used to wings, clean facility, prompt service. The parking was difficult on Atlas Way,next time I'll park in lot around in front.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing. All of the wings either had a pink tint or were severely undercooked- I would go as far to say raw inside. The only positive comment I have is that the man who answered the phone issued a refund to me immediately after I asked.
