got food delivered and all was fine until i found a piece of long hair in my food, gave it the benefit of the doubt because it could’ve been mine, that is until the next piece i pulled out of the box had a long hair wrapped around the chicken leg and embedded in the breading. absolutely disgusting. so if you wondering if you should spend your money here, you shouldn’t!! 0/10

Prematurely run operation. I’ve eaten here a bunch of times. A few times I ate in the restaurant and a few times as take out. The chicken was sometimes not thoroughly cooked and visible with fresh blood. The service is limited by one staff member who provided a poor experience. The tables are often dirty, sticky with previous guests’ food, and then topped with dirt.

Update : I did reach out to the link they sent. Got an auto reply that they care and would be in touch. Weeks later.. no reply! All around terrible meal. I wish we had read the reviews. We frequent Bonchon restaurants, they always have nice jumbo wings and drumsticks that make the cost worth it. These were so tiny! Sooo tiny. And still same price. Overcooked, dried out, and little sauce. Wish I could give 0 stars and get a refund. $40 for a few bites of food.. and we left hungry!
Very misleading menu. I ordered Boneless chicken stripe 40 pieces for $51 plus tax. I was expecting real meat chicken strips. To my surprise, I was served processed chicken nuggets dipped in barbecue sauce. The taste is not great, the quality is low. You be better off going to McDonald's.

The food is good, but their close times are dishonest. They advertise that they close at 9 pm. If you don't call in an order by 8 pm, they will not pick up. If you try to order online at 8:01, they will not permit you to order. This is very disrespectful to your well paying customers!

I have been order from this location for years and I think I am finally done. When I first ordered from this place, the size of drum sticks are normal like the one you will see in supermarket. Today I order 8 wings + 4 drum sticks, the drum sticks are pretty much the same size as wing. For $32 bucks, you cant even feed two people. also the coleslaw had no source and taste very hard. Quality is long gone from this place.
Update to Owner's response: I dont think you care and you just up here say sorry to make you looks like you care. You can see how many people have compliant about the similar issue for years and you still sorry? Taking my business somewhere else for sure. This location is simply an overpriced store with Bonchon name on it that doesn't give care about your customer.
