Bonchon Gainesville

Went there with my son about 3pm, we were the only ones there. Mens bathroom was dirty as well as the dining room. As far as the food goes it was very expensive for frozen not fresh food. We spent almost $50 for a chicken sandwich with fries, bonless wings, dumplings and a drink. The bonless wings are definitely frozen nuggets and the chicken sandwich was very dry and i only used half of the bun because the chicken was so small. Again for these prices you should be getting freshly battered and fried meat not frozen. This was our first and last visit.

Was cautious about going here since their reviews were poor, however my wings were perfect Bonchon I'm used to wings, clean facility, prompt service. The parking was difficult on Atlas Way,next time I'll park in lot around in front.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing. All of the wings either had a pink tint or were severely undercooked- I would go as far to say raw inside. The only positive comment I have is that the man who answered the phone issued a refund to me immediately after I asked.

I’ve always loved eating at Bonchon and when they opened a nearby location I knew I had to go and try it out. This location is so amazing and so consistent! The food always comes out hot and fresh and I especially love ordering from their lunch special for such great deals. 10/10 wings every time!

So I was about to write off the whole franchise but after reading reviews I think that it is just this location. The food was ok, service was awful. I asked for an additional cup of sauce and was told they only put sauce on the chicken and could not give me a side cup. The woman behind the counter was on her phone and seemed annoyed when she had to put it down. I won't go back to this location but I will give the brand another try somewhere else.

Says it closed at 10pm went an hour earlier and it was closed . No signs either saying it was closing early or closes earlier. OPEN sign was turned on too.

Can not express with words how amazing the boneless chicken wings are. My son loves the bbq, I always get the garlic and soy. More salty than garlicky if anyones curious. The wings are very crispy! Perfect size! Ive also had the fried rice with beef, its a big serving Ive always gotten two meals from the one order. The chicken wings will always be my favorite. The staff and friendly and patient. More than happy to help answer questions or explain anything. Its worth every penny in my opinion. Definitely need to check this place out if you like crunchy chicken.

Always the best!!! I ordered drumsticks for the extra meatiness because my sons like the extra protein. I also grabbed wings because of the extra crunchiness.

The best chicken fried. The ingredients and efforts and time they put in must be at least three times more than Kentucky Fried Chicken. The franchise should put more advertising expenses to let everyone in the neighborhood know it.

Love those wings!

The reviews speak for themselves and theyre all correct. Their hours aren’t even accurate as i pull up at 7:55pm and they’re already closed when their hours say 9:00pm right there on the door. You might as well just drive 15 mins over to the Centreville location because even 4 years later the gainesville location is still the worst bonchon i’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. The manager is not a good person and the food is always skimp and soggy just overall horrible compared to any other bonchon location. it baffles me that this place is still open with the same type of reviews for 4 years now avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve given this Gainesville location 3 chances. I will never purchase food from them again. My family loves BonChon and we’ve had them from different locations and always have been satisfied. The size of the wings and strips are tiny! Even the sauce is different, how does corporate let this happen? I recommend making the drive to the Manassas location (which is great) and you will notice the difference.

Mel D in these reviews is absolutely tripping, I was there at the location when he was there. The manager politely informed him they couldn't get something do to company policy, and Mel had an attitude, going so far as bothering & interrupted other customers with his temper tantrum. The manager showed professionalism in how he reacted to that rude, entitled customer. Also, food was bussin.
