Bonefish Grill

Pretty awful from the host to server to bartender to manager. The food was decent but the operations need major improvement

We were seated at our requested time. A buckled, hardwood floor at the hostess station is a safety issue. We were not served bread, as previous times we've been to the restaurant. (There were plenty of bread plates on the tables, I noticed when leaving.)

We had a very large party at Bonefish. From the very beginning with correspondence to Jason and Chris to our arrival and visit, everyone was welcoming. Cat, Anjali and the entire staff were excellent! For as many people as we had, all of our food came out hot, the drinks were good and the staff friendly and courteous. We can't thank you enough!

We were a party of 4 and our reservation was ready when we got there, so that started the experience off strong. Athena, whom we've had as a server several times in the past, is absolutely wonderful! She helped with great suggestions for my husband, who cannot have fried food, and created a great meal suggestion for him. I had the dynamite salmon special which was delicious. Our companions had lobster ravioli and a shrimp dish. Everything was cooked to perfection. We were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries so we also enjoyed delicious desserts. The brownie was amazingly rich, the coconut cake was moist with a lemony touch and hubby said that the pumpkin crème brûlée was the best dessert he's had in a long time. The entire experience from cocktails to dessert was super. We highly recommend Bonefish in Gainesville!

Jack is the server you can only hope for when going out for a bite!

His experience across the board spoke volumes through his actions. He made a great recommendation on the appetizer, and we were ultimately very happy that we pivoted to his suggestion when we asked.

The dinner itself was quality food and decently-priced. Jack was attentive (but not overly) during our meal, friendly to deal with, and helped make it an experience worth going back for!

Joshua M has been our server several times at the Gainesville, Va Bonefish and he is excellent!!! He is always polite, funny and very attentive. He is the best!!!!!
