Perfect combo—crispy wings, cold beer, great service! We had an awesome time at BWW Gainesville. The chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor, and the beer was ice-cold. Our waiter was friendly, fast, and made the whole visit smooth. We’ll definitely be back for another round!

My Boyfriend and I went out here with some friends the other day to watch game and eat unfortunately I didn't eat because when I received my cup of coke it had a nozzle in it which I didn't know until I finished my drink ! I was disgusted ! Be careful going here to drink or eat !!!!

We had to wait half an hour for our food But one of the worst things was our waiter came up and asked if we had gotten our food which obviously we didn't 1 star and the food was cold.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and for whatever reason they have the same problem perhaps even with the same salad. I went here for a Christmas party with my coworkers and our waiter paid close to no attention to us (group of 7 people). My whole table got their food while i waited 45 minutes for chicken salad. I’m not over exaggerating either. He never came to check or even apologize. He offered me a free side and i said no, just the salad please. Another 15 minutes went by any my salad came and everyone at my table was done. Didn’t comp anything from my meal not even half off the salad. Still paid full price for everything. It was ridiculous. Now, the first time this happened the waiter at least acknowledged me and came to check on me and my two friends and was very apologetic. I was Fine to pay full price that time because at least the server cared. I’m a server, i never In my life would have someone wait that long for a SALAD!!!!

The service is alright but many times we’ve come here and have received less food then ordered and we had to annoy the waiter to get all the food out.
Not the waiter’s fault but someone in the back is skimping on orders. Also the game was very very loud and we decided to leave early due to it. I dont know how much longer this place will stay in business if they keep up with this.

My family and I went for the first time, l should have read the reviews first. We ordered 24 wings, four different flavors. The Flavors were great, we can't say the same for the wings. They were dry and hard to chew, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. We left most of them as they were to hard to chew. We WON'T be going back there again..
Our experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday was embarrassingly bad. We stopped here with our two toddlers, and ordered our toddlers food with the drinks so that they would come out sooner.
Welp, me and one of my toddlers got our food first after a 30 minute wait, then 10 minutes later the second toddlers food came out (a grilled cheese sandwich, not sure what took so long long for this), and when the three of us had been done eating for over 20 minutes, we were still waiting on my wife’s food (a chicken wrap).
Why did it take over an hour to make a wrap?!?! I get that BWWs is just a fast food wannabe sports bar but this was amateur hour to the max.
Either hire a competent manager otherwise this location isn’t going to last long.

The smell ….ugh. Smells like sewage near the bathrooms every time I come in. The dining area smelled like mildewed rags were used to clean the tables. The music was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation. Horrible music as well. Service was fine. Food was mid. This will be my last time here.

Unbelievable items were missing from the order. Food was cold, chicken was dry and hard.I spent $77.l at expected better from this location. Spoke to the manager he was polite and tried to compensate my concerns. But when you're spending money for quality that's what you should get good cooked food. Not microwave heated food. My son told me not to order here.
