I have been bringing my family to watch football every Sunday and was excited to do so yesterday for the first game of the season. The new manager, I think her name is Danielle, would not put the Washington commanders games on the televisions and instead had them on the projector screens, which are of lower quality. I arrived well before the start of the game and politely asked for the staff to switch to the high definition TVs as they have done in the past, but the new manager would not let them. Unfortunately, I will not be returning this football season and will have to find another place to take my family.

I did a pickup that was scheduled for 9:50pm. Picked up the food, came home and realized they forgot our ranch and blue cheese. No biggie, we went back. The girl at the counter gave us 2, but we ordered 3 on the app and I have proof of that. Even with the proof, the girl was trying to avoid giving us the ONE ranch and blue cheese that WE ORDERED. She was like âwe are lowâ not run out, low. Eventually we got it but why was she making it difficult to get ranch/blue cheese that WE ORDERED??? Never coming to this location again. Thereâs no way she needed the ranch & blue cheese THAT BAD, if I ordered it and you still have it, it ainât my problem that you have low stock I get what I ORDERED. Absolutely absurd UPDATE 9/6: Thought Iâd give another chance, in case I misinterpreted. Had Alex help us and steal a tip for himselfđ we didnât get our food till like an hour in and it was cold. Went to go pay in cash and he literally kept $10 for himself. Thanks for stealing a 25% you didnât deserve Alex

This Buffalo Wild Wings is in serious need of oversight. The menâs restroom was filthy, with an overpowering smell of urine and clear neglect in cleaning ..conditions that could easily constitute health code violations. No restaurant should be allowed to operate under such unsanitary standards.
To make matters worse, my pickup order took over an hour to be fulfilled, showing not only poor management but also a complete disregard for customer experience.

I'm greatly disappointed at the food that i received from here as to go. I placed it an online order through Ubereats for pickup and my 10x wings were cold and not fresh. They just warmed the wings in the microwave and applied nashville sauce on top of it. I could've went to Hangry Joes but i wanted to give this place a chance and a try. Since this is my first time stopping by at this location. I brought the wings back and talked to the manager to re-do it for me. I didnt ask for refund and i didnt give them hard time. I just wanted fresh hot wings. I see many google reviews saying that their wings were not fresh, so this indicates that this location DOES NOT care about customer review or feedback. If this is your first time ordering from here, PLEASE dont waste your money and get fresh wings from somewhere else. The fact that i have to come back is a big let down with all the previous negative reviews about food being not fresh. Their service was okay, but i as a customer should've not come back and request them to re cook my wings in the first place. Its inconvenience for me and them. What a huge let down

Wings were cold. Asked to have fresh wings and they brought out more cold wings in 5 minutes. Obviously using older wings and reheating them in the grease. Bathroom was so filthy. You can smell urine outside both bathrooms doors. Bathroom sink has mold in it. Toilets had feces and blood caked and splattered on toilets bowls. I will never return to this disgusting hole.

Ordered through Uber eats and went to pick up the food as the order screen said ready to pick up (8:37 pm). After arrival of 8:37 pm no food ordered were ready and was told it'll be about 15 to 20 minutes delayed every time I was checking in. Normally I would not be upset if the 'order is ready' was alerted an hour late after the time of order but it was alerted as 'ready' but needing to wait for overall an hour and getting kept pushed back after show up while others who ordered much later picking up food ahead of me. Uber eats doesn't automatically notify ready to pick up unless someone from the backend must hit the ready button on the tablet as the food is prepared and truly ready for a pick up. Buffalo Wild Wings should not hit the ready button ahead as a false alert unless it is truly ready for actual pickup.

We visited and were seated promptly, but unfortunately waited about 15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff. The restaurant wasnât particularly busy â only about five tables were occupied â and there were several servers and a manager on duty. During our wait, we noticed some tension among the staff, including raised voices and disagreements happening in front of guests, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unprofessional. The front-of-house seemed disorganized, and after some time, we felt it was best to leave. Not planning on coming back soon.

The most disgusting restaurant you'll find in Prince William County. The carpets are covered in grime, the floor is littered with trash. It looks like it's never been swept. The tables are disgusting, and the smell emanating from the entire restaurant is like toilet water. What a bad experience. What happen Gainesville?
