Dude taking my order (takeout) order was very friendly and polite also very patient as he should’ve been of course bc that’s his job but first he messed up my order and gave me traditional wings with wild sauce wen I ordered boneless wings with wild sauce.. cool I go back in there he had the cooks remake the wings boneless of course I get back to the car wrong sauce I have my boyfriend go back in there and then the dude at the front has his manager come out that’s when I go back in and the manager is swearing to me the sauce is correct just because the box says wild like as if I don’t always get wild sauce every time I go and know the taste up and down and brings out a sample of the correct sauce which was clearly the right sauce but that wasn’t the sauce on the wings. But needless to say they remade the wings every time until they got it right on the 3rd time around which is cool I just don’t like how they made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about lol. They also charge you for extra sauce when you ask but none of my wings had extra sauce so I coulda did without the extra .50 cent or however much it cost off my tab. On the good side they made sure I had napkins.

Gone pretty far downhill in recent years, which is why we don’t really go anymore. But we had a gift card so figured we’d try it. Wings and salads are gross and taste microwaved. Boys had burgers and the bread was stale. It was at least cleaner than the last time we went. If you want better wings go to velocity.

Always a good time at this location, great food and service, much better than the other NOVA locations I been to. Shoutout to our server Melanie who took great care of myself and dinner compatriots! She was so funny and had a good energy and we will certainly be back!

I would not order from this location. Ordered a delivery and after more than two hours received a text that said the order was cancelled and to contact BWW. I called and was told the delivery service picked up the order and an hour later informed BWW that they would not deliver because the order was "damaged ". I called BWW and they basically said it's not their problem because of the delivery service. They wouldn't refund my $30 plus. I will dispute the charge with my bank but why do I have to go through this? Customer service is nonexistent anymore.

The men''s bathroom has been out for almost a week, guys are taking dumps in the women's room which is not great when young ladies who are in there.
