Ordered a Fried Pickle Ranch Whooper for $8.29. Got to the store and assistant manager told me they don’t serve it and offered me a Whopper instead. I asked if the price is the same and he said the Whopper was more expensive. I check later in the app and the Whopper is only $6.29. Nasty store with crooked lying assistant manager

The branch manager is racist, the kids area was closed when my kids and I entered, which caused inconvenience to me and my kids, I also have a tax exemption card that was not recognized, I will not return to this branch again, and I do not recommend it.

Props to the BK crew. I had a hankering for a root-beer [coke] float. I pulled up and asked for a small coke in a large cup and an ice cream cone. When I pulled up, they meet me with the ingredients plus a spoon. They were all over it. I was very impressed. Great work and thank you!

Went today to try the new firey chicken fries. I only have one question. Where are the chicken fries? Portion size is way to small compared to the other locations in the area. Service is terrible at this location and items were missing or incorrect in our order. I would avoid this location if at all possible!
