Always gets the order wrong. How can you miss burgers in not 1, but 2 kids meals, and then don't have the decency to answer the phone?! I expect them to screw up the order, not to forget the food completely.

They always seem lost. The whole set up with the drive through doesn't make sense. Sometimes someone is out taking your order, even when it isn't busy and sometimes no one is. Plus they seem to always be confused at the windows.
